Carolyn Klekner If you’re looking for an amazing Barber, Jess is your girl! I was a hair stylist for 15 years and have been trying to get my husband to see a Barber since then. He finally made an apt with Jess, and damn did she do a great job! Super personable, haircut/ fade on point AND my husband’s fav, beard trim & hot towel! Highly recommend Jess. Thanks so much you have a forever client!

savannah schrank Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional! My partner, Kelsey, went to Jess to get the sides of her mullet faded. Kelsey showed Jess a reference photo and stated exactly what she did/didn’t want. Kelsey asked Jess not to cut her bangs and a specific section of hair that she was growing out, both were cut. It felt vindictive and disrespectful to Kelsey for Jess to completely ignore everything she asked. Jess also made several rude remarks about Kelsey’s previous haircut and called her hair “weird.” After posting my review on Facebook, I received even more unprofessionalism. We were argued with and accused of lying. I will post this review everywhere I can as it is my right as a customer. We paid Jess full price for a job that was horribly done. We were treated with nothing but disrespect. We never even received a sincere apology. My partner has buzzed her hair because Jess’s job was so choppy we had nothing else to work with. If you go to Neon Rose Salon I really hope they do a good job for you, because if they don’t they’ll just say they didn’t do it.

Windy Billebault I went in yesterday to get some layers put into my hair but keep my length and had a picture. Serena said she could do it and sat down for the cut. After 10 minutes she said ok your done. When I questioned her about the non visible layers she said it wasn’t possible because I wanted to keep my length. I left very disappointed and will never go back.

Brittney Mccauley If I could give 0 stars I would . I’m very disappointed and so upset I came in to get a trim and they messed my hair up bad. I’ll never go back and now have to look ridiculous until it grows out. I asked for a little trim to get the dead ends off nothing major and just a little framing. Why is my hair uneven as hell ! Like I’m really not understanding? this business just needs to go .

Brandon Jones Went in to get my haircut today. Not sure what the lady’s name was, but she has red/purple highlights and glasses, and she completely messed up my hair. I get a high fade, which is probably one of the most simple male haircuts to do. She managed to make it completely uneven in the back, didn’t fade in my hair on my right side, and even left a tuft of hair hidden behind my left ear. Definitely will never go to her again, especially when her coworker (also with reddish highlight) is there, since they both kept talking/joking and getting distracted while she cut my hair.
