Rogue 72 We were passing through on a sister trip and decided to get pedis. Finding a place that would take 3 walk-ins was difficult, but interestingly enough, the other salons recommended Lux Nails. Sure enough, they made room for us. The pedicures were fabulous and beautifully executed. The staff was very friendly and the pricing was reasonable. I definitely recommend this salon.

mariah rhoades I took my niece to get her nails done here for a birthday gift certificate she got from her great aunt. The older man who did my nieces nails, which was her first time getting acrylic that I payed extra for just glued the nails on did not clean the bed of her nails trim her nails do your usual nail clean up before you glue the tips on then proceeded to take only 25 minutes to do her nails to move onto the next person. He did a almond shape they were super uneven he made two of her cuticles bleed and he did a horrible job painting them they were very bumpy and uneven. We both looked at each other thinking this looks horrible I asked him to fix a few things and he kept making a excuse to why he could not fix the shape or fix the color. And I even proceeded to tip him we do not like being rude or calling people out. But when we got to the truck my niece was upset that she did not want to show up to school with her nails looking like that. Mind I have got my nails and toes done in the local areas Marble Falls and Horshoe Bay since I was 15( i am now 30)and know what a good nail job looks like and never have complained or had a problem. Any way I proceeded to turn around and go back inside and politely tell the man I am very sorry but her nails do not look good and we would like you to remove them. He sat there rudely telling us hes worked in this area for 30 years and my daughter (my niece) wants to start crying and telling him he did a bad job and that no one else has told him that and being aggressive towards us while we sat there and kept quiet to avoid a argument. It was very unprofessional and he couldnt even say sorry or try to fix the problem. I had to sit there for 5 minutes after to ask for the extra money back I payed for and still even tho he was rude let him keep the tip I gave him. And he kept the money and tip my aunt payed for. Do not go there if your looking to have your nails done properly and professionally unless you have them done by the ladies there.

connie echols The older man is very rude and the pedicure was terrible. The water was cold and he acted like he was put out because he had to do it. We never go there again. I go to Bertram Nails! Wonderful experience ever time.
