I have struggled to find a nail tech that wasnt rough with me or make me bleed everytime I go in and I am so happy to have someone who did my nails without hurting me! Anna did a beautiful job on my nails, was super nice, and was so gentle which is exactly what I was looking for! My nails look amazing and I cant wait to come back!

My daughter is 4 and had her first kiddie mani/pedi. The technician was SO sweet and patient; my daughter smudged her big toe twice and each time, the tech fixed it with a smile. The prices are more than fair and the ambience was gorgeous. We were offered drinks and snacks and it felt like such a treat! I wish I could come every other week! The owners and staff are so sweet and attentive. The decor is always so fun and festive to match the current season or holiday. Each month they have a new special seasonal pedicure special and fun snack and drinks while you get your service. Everyone is so nice and they all do wonderful work. I saw a bridal party setting up for a mani/pedi party and it looked so fun! Hi-End has specials for group parties and special events. They make it such a fun experience for everyone. I decided to do a group party to celebrate our birthdays and it was a such a great experience. We had the salon to ourselves. All of my ladies got various pedicures and a few of us got manicures as well. We all loved it. Our nail techs were all so sweet and did great jobs. We felt so pampered and polished! Amber Oudshoorn Went to this salon 11/20/24, this experience has left me disappointed. My nails were rushed, and look a week old after one day of getting them. Tried to convince my cousin that a sea green color was the same as a jade color she had asked for until she went up to the wall of powders and found the actual color she had asked for. Cut up my sisters fingers from doing the cuticles and said it was cause her nails were too short and that it was good for her. Even if fingers are sensitive enough to easily bleed from getting cut cuticles, the place should at least be more sanitary and not use unsanitized nail files and brushes and put people at risk for cross contamination and infection. When I tried confronting the owner about these things I was immediately interrupted and given excuses. Never returning again, save your money or take it elsewhere.

Jatara Holmes I just love this place. My friend told me to try them last year and I was hesitant because I don’t like new places but I was also unhappy with the place I was going to. My first day there I got Angel and let’s just say she’s been an angel and she always got a loyal customer with me and she so sweet and takes her time and always makes sure I’m comfortable. If I need a late appointment she’s available, if it’s last minute she’s available and I’m so grateful for her time and always being available. Whitney Spies Nexgen is a whole different experience! It is super nice, and I followed Andy to this salon. Everyone is super nice at Nexgen, and the place is always clean and relaxing. I see Andy for my pedicure, and he gives the best pedicures! His massages are always top-notch and just what I need. And when I take my daughter shes happy with her pedicure from his wife. We are all prepped for vacation!

Kenya Brown I had an amazing experience at Rose Couture Nail Bar in Fairview! From the moment I walked in, Do greeted me warmly and helped me check in, making the process super easy. My wait time was less than three minutes—granted, it was a Monday, so weekends might be busier. The salon is stunning—pink, floral, and girly, the perfect pampering vibe! Dean did my polish change and was incredibly professional and attentive. He helped me find the perfect pink, made sure I was comfortable, and followed proper sanitation (which I loved as a science nerd!). Bonus: They offer complimentary drinks, and Do made sure I got mine quickly! From start to finish, the service was top-tier. If youre looking for a luxurious and welcoming nail salon, I highly recommend Rose Couture. I’ll definitely be back! Pricing and service details: Gel polish change was $36. My nails were cut down and the excess dead skin around my cuticles was removed.

Amy Cattaneo This place is literally the BEST. I have been to three of their locations (Dallas, Prosper and Fairview) and the customer service is amazing at all of them. I currently go to the Fairview location where Tee is my tech. She is an ARTIST. I love getting intricate designs and she delivers EVERY single time. I have even told her to surprise me and do whatever she wanted. And my nails came out FANTASTIC. Between the great nail techs and how welcoming each location is, I will literally never go anywhere else to get my nails done!

Chelsea Osborn This place is fine. I have gone for dazzle dry manicures and even though I make an appt and it’s not busy the nail tech always seems to rush through. I don’t get my nails done often only for special occasions. I went yesterday for a dazzle dry manicure in prep for a holiday party. The top coat immediately bubbled on my nails and it’s the next morning and it’s already starting to chip. This is very disappointing as Dazzle Dry polish is a long wear polish that is supposed to last up to 2 weeks. I also had to correct the tech on multiple nails for filing the shape correctly as they were not even. She also didn’t put the polish close enough to the cuticle so there was a gap and it looked like the nail was already starting to grow out. I did point these out to the tech and she corrected but these are basic and I don’t feel like I should have to do that. The woman at the register gave a discount and offered to re-do my nails. I had a spray tan to get to so I did not have time for that and then she offered for me to come back in the morning, but I have work. The woman at the register tried to give me more money back but that doesn’t fix the problem. It’s really frustrating to spend the time getting a service and it falling short consistently even when you voice concerns. You can see from photos that the top coat has bubbles and that after 12 hours the tips are already chipping

Mimi Me and my sister came to try this place out because she kept seeing them on instagram. Would rate it 4.7 if I could… only because they didn’t explain gel x and gel manicure very well. It was my first time getting GelX and it doesn’t even feel like I have nails on, unlike acrylic where my fingertips feel trapped. First few pics are the day after, the next few are from just today. The last 2 pics were the inspo. They turn green too! Got them done on Thursday and absolutely OBSESSED! Unfortunately, it was the last day of the girl who did them, but I still highly recommend going to Nail Box. They have very talented artists. Friendly staff who make sure you’re comfortable and relaxed.

Maria Ramirez From the moment I worked into the store I did not like it. I should have gone to another store. There were two young ladies at the front desk and neither one greeted me. My nail technician did a very poor job at cleaning my toenails and my feet despite me telling him that the toenails did not look clean. Got the D’Vinci Pedicure $45 and I can do a better job at removing the callus and cleaning the toes than what he did. Took him like 10 seconds on each foot. I normally stay away from nail salons because I never leave satisfied. I will definitely not come back here and do not recommend this spot ; stay away . I do not mind paying for a service , but at least take time to do it right . When they see other customers walking in they want to rush . Take care of a costumer at the time and do a good job and you will have better business.Will not comeback here! Clean spot , but lack of costumer services and poor job execution. First time customer and will never comeback. STAY AWAY. Just left the salon and see the below images of my “ pedicure “. Soo disappointed.

My best friend and I were both done in an hour or less. T T 2 stars because the place appears clean. I handpicked this place based on my Google search for highly rated nail salons in Allen… I don’t get why the reviews are so high, maybe they didn’t get Amy or maybe Amy was being lazy this day. I requested a gel manicure. “Amy” started off by complaining constantly throughout the process, of course in Vietnamese, that my builder gel was taking too long to take off. Not my fault. Builder gel is indeed sturdier and takes extra time but she spent entirely way too long because she didn’t know what it was. Her male coworker next to her had to explain what it was. Then charged $10 (for taking off 7 of 10 cause I had already took 3 off) without telling me. I’m Vietnamese so I understood every word and was just waiting on her to inform me. Really, it would have been quicker and without burning my left index finger with the drill, to soak them in acetone after filling the top coat off. How do I know? Cause I usually do it home so I would not have to pay for it but I was on vacation so there’s that. The cuticle cleanup was subpar. Did not apply any cuticle softener or remover like her coworker did two work stations over. My cuticles still look ragged. The shaping was uneven but that’s pretty common between all the places Ive been to. About 9 times out of 10, I need to reshape them myself. Lastly, her polish skills are way below expectations. The gel flooded into my cuticles and she spent too long trying to clean it up after it cured, so now my gel is lifting after one week. I showed my bf and asked him what’s wrong with my nails? He quickly said they look uneven… I’m picky about my nails and I do not request do-overs, I just fix it myself. It cost me approx $45 + $5 tip (because I don’t believe not tipping).

AMY JACOBS Service here is overall amazing! From the moment I walked in, someone was greeting or taking care of me, even though it wasn’t quite time for my appointment yet. There was never a moment I was left waiting with nothing to do, wondering what was taking so long. I got dip nails, and Kaila made my nails look completely natural. She checked and double checked that I was happy with the color. She was very skilled and careful. I love the way my nails turned out. This salon is out of the way for me, but I will definitely be coming back regularly because it’s worth it for the quality and care.

Katherine Santos I was really hoping for a great experience, but unfortunately, my visit left me feeling disappointed. I usually get my nails done by an at-home nail tech, but since she wasn’t available, I decided to give this salon a try. I regret spending $70 on my set, especially since I was initially told it would cost $45. When the nail tech started working on my French tips, the white portion was much thicker than I wanted, making my nails look bulky. I politely asked if she could make the white thinner, but she seemed frustrated and told me to just file them down. Since I prefer longer nails, I asked if there were any other options, and she said she could add more pink—but it would be an additional charge. I agreed, but her response was unnecessarily rude, telling me, “Don’t tell me anything anymore.” I understand that I can be particular about my nails, but when I’m paying a significant amount, I expect quality work and good customer service. Unfortunately, I left feeling uncomfortable and unsatisfied.

Kelsey Kuster Beautiful place with luxurious offerings. However, for a mani/pedi it took almost 2hours. The shape wasn’t what I asked for but the colors were great. Rounded shape turned into more of an almond and is so short that in some places my nail bed is poking out. The dip is very uneven and thicker on some nails. Even my husband noticed the uneven texture. When it came time to check out, the pricing was a shock. They were not upfront with all the extra charges and then charged me for the wrong services but did nothing to make it right. Had to push to get the new customer discount. Sad to say while the place is beautiful and clean, I won’t return nor recommend. *edit based on owner reply What you failed to address is that I did not ask for the Adore Manicure package, my friend who came with me did but I was charged for her packages and she was charged for mine. We told the staff that we were shocked by the prices, that is when we were notified of all the charges for dip powder and nail shape. We didn’t know that our services we not matched correctly until after my friend paid and then I was expected to pay. Your staff admitted to the mistake. Your staff then did nothing to make it right other than expect us to pay what they told us to. Your staff also failed to mention that dip powder and nail shape were extra charges. They only showed the cost of the mani/pedi services. Not anything else. Your staff failed to provide the nail shape that I requested multiple times and then I was still charged for what I did not want. My nail bed is poking out in several spots because the manicure is so short and the shape is low. Rounded nails should not form a point. I came in with a rounded shape and left with an almond shape. I will have to get my nails redone AFTER they grow out because of the way the staff shorted and filed my nails. The quality of my dip nails is also poor, so much so that my husband noted it! We were first time customers and left with a sour taste for your business. By review of your website, you don’t do refunds but by experience you don’t do anything to make your business mistakes right.

And also the snowflake is sloppy. The shapes are different. This was 85 which is a lot for what they did. Based on other reviews, I expected a much better job.

I was able to make an appointment online quick and easy and once I walked in I was greeted with sweet smiles and assisted immediately. Nancy did a phenomenal job on my manicure…literally copied the inspo (pic #1 and how they turned out pic #2) perfectly! As for my pedicure, Kate took her time and carefully pampered my toes! Don’t even get me started on the calf massage…12/10! I certainly will be back!

I decided to try something new and went to Classy Nails & Spa to get my nails cleaned up and properly taken care of. Ngọc was the one who helped me, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was professional, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, even though this was my first visit to a nail salon. My fingers are now hurting, and some spots feel especially painful when I put my hands in water. The technician seemed distracted, talked too much, and didn’t understand my preferences, which left me feeling frustrated and upset. However, the old lady who did my toenails was wonderful—she was attentive, caring, and focused. I’m really saddened by this experience and unsure how long it will take for my fingers to heal.

Cathy Blan I want to start by saying that I understand nail technicians have challenging jobs, and I don’t get my nails done often. But when I do, I treat myself to a gel manicure or chrome. Today was no different—I went in for a gel French manicure. My hands and feet were ushered to a chair, and I was left waiting for about 10 minutes. When the nail technician arrived, she seemed irritated. I greeted her and explained that I wanted a gel French manicure. She looked surprised and asked, "On your nails, with white tips?" I smiled and confirmed that yes, I wanted a gel French manicure. The technician started working but didn’t make any effort to arrange things properly. She tossed the pillow on my lap, didn’t organize the towel underneath, and began without much care. She cut my cuticles, but the results didn’t reflect any attention to detail. When she asked if I wanted pink and white, I told her I preferred a nude base. She forcefully asked if I meant pink, and I calmly responded, "No, beige" or "nude, like a sand color." She seemed frustrated and went to grab a color book, which I didn’t find helpful, so I asked another staff member—who was kind and seemed a bit embarrassed—if she could suggest a nude shade. The other technician then communicated my request to the technician (whose name I later learned was Hana), who returned to my hand, snatched it, and began painting my nails. I understand these technicians work long hours, and I didn’t want to make a scene, but the end result of my $60 manicure was, frankly, disappointing. This review is long, but I want to share my experience to warn anyone considering this nail bar: If you’re thinking of trying it out, do yourself a favor and avoid Hana. You’ve been warned!

Cassandra Hernandez Have visited twice. I only get about 2-3 pedicures a year, and the rest I do at home to save a lot of money. My son practices baseball down the street, so the location is very convenient to kill some time. Very clean inside, and staff is very kind and professional! Prices are reasonable and service has been great. Remember to tip your technician! They work so hard, so it is well deserved.

Bailey Cash I used to go here all the time.. and now I will honestly never be back. First off, I told the lady I wanted a short coffin and I got lopsided rectangle/a triangle looking nail. It was sloppy job.. not once did a little kabuki brush come out to dust all of the excess powder off my nails. So now after voicing that the shape wasn’t right and the nails were lopsided and nothing was done, I will never be back here. Save your money, go somewhere else.

Becky George While on the search for a new nail salon, I came across Glee Nail Bar and may have found my go to nail salon! There was absolutely no wait, I was seated immediately and received exactly what I asked for. My nail tech was very kind and executed perfectly. I asked for pink white ombré, dip nails, almond shaped. It’s been 3 weeks and I still have my nails strong without any breakage or discolorations. Great products used here with skilled and amazing staff!

Em !!!!!!!!!!! The nail designers would pick up my phone with my reference image and show it to others and laugh, it made me feel more unwanted and like a chore rather than a paying customer. My nails came out very lumpy and expensive for a design that didnt show up very well, which understand for glitter, but I think multiple coats would have helped.

Brittany Kopach I LOVE coming to Soho Nail Bar!! I’ve been getting my nails done here for 4 years! MB always does the perfect shape, length and color on my finger nails! And it lasts all the way until my nails are too grown out to wait any longer! And Jenny always does the best pedicures – she has so many wonderful techniques to make the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable! Look how pretty my nails turned out with a French with pearl chrome on top!! : )

Elizabeth Rogers This is the first review I have ever left in my entire life. I’ve got my nails done twice here, the same thing a gel polish change hands-down, the worst experience both times. The first time was the worst application of gel I’ve ever seen in my life. At first, it looked fine. Then they added the chrome… it was so lumpy it was awful. They then charged me $70 mind you no manicure no tips no reshape just gel polish change. The second time I went, I only went because my friend wanted to go and I thought I’d give them a second chance. It was even worse. I was cut over three times once so deep it was bleeding all over my finger. She would continue to forget that she cut me and stick her fingernail right into the cut. The gel was painted all over my cuticle and was peeling the next morning. When she was shaping them, I had to ask her to redo it because all of them looked different. When I asked her to reshape she said which one. I went home and had to file them and fix them myself. If I could get this place negative stars I would. Also, they play no music and it’s extremely awkward. I will say everyone we interacted with was very kind, and the woman doing my nails was very apologetic, but still Unacceptable.

Stacey I have been going here since I moved to Texas 2 years ago and have always had a great experience. MB does a great job and can always do what I’m looking for. If your looking for a nice, clean place to get your nails done check them out and ask for MB she’s wonderful.

Kimberley Noel First time at this salon. I was on Stacy Rd heading home and kind of just stopped on impulse. I recently completed radiation and chemotherapy and my skin is so incredibly dry....beyond dry. Its embarrassing how bad my feet look. Thank goodness its too cold for flip flops or sandals. I was in desperate need of a pedicure if for nothing else but to get rid of some of the dry skin. They were able to get me right in. It was very clean which is great because my immune system is still recovering. I got a Deluxe Pedicure which was $40. It included the paraffin wax and massage. I was super relaxed and it was just what I needed. Im glad I stopped. Only wish I could do this weekly!!

Carey T I’ve been going here for 4-5 years. The newest owners ( a little over a year or so) are great! All are very talented. Before the latest owners I could have complained on occasion but not now!!!! Everyone that works there now are so good and all speak English very well!!! Mia’s pedicure is amazing and the husband and wife owners( sorry I’m bad with names) are so kind and run a great business!!! Speaking with friends that go elsewhere I fell like they have the best prices. They have phenomenal customer service!!!
