She listens to what you want, looks at your hair and together with you comes up with a plan that will work for you! Love the she can hide my gray and get the color and cut perfect. I’ve been to many barbers and hair dressers and I always left unsatisfied, it has been hard to trust someone to be able to cut my hair in way that I like and that works for my curly hair. But after my brother recommended meNicole (he is super picky with his hair) I had a good feeling. And went to get my hair cut by her, and now I’ve been going to get my hair cut by Nicole ever since and I’ve never been disappointed.

Bev Foley I have always had baby-fine hair. It’s also super straight so it looked great in the 70’s. It’s not been great since then. Ha ha. I’ve struggled for years to find someone who can give me a cut that is stylish and suitable for my narrow face. Nicole is this person. My hair now looks cute and with the layers she adds, it also is a little fluffy. She has been cutting my hair for a year and I will follow her if she ever moves. She’s also a very sweet lady!

Bob Higgins This stylist is the best Ive used over the last 20 years. Her haircut sessions are always very jovial and kind. She talks to her guests in a very cheerful manner that promotes easy and open conversation. She always has beverages and snacks at the ready for guests and children present. Her skill is unmatched, and the atmosphere of her studio is immaculate. Ive used her services for 3 years now and travel to her studio from the surrounding areas after moving. Ive recommended her to friends and family. Jamie is easily the best hair stylist in North Texas. 15/10 would recommend

Cindy Guidroz Jaimie is the best. I started using her after my stylist of 17 years moved. It was a long search in finding her but I cant imagine using anyone else. Her work speaks for itself I am constantly texting her telling her how many compliments in a day I get on my hair color/cut. And pre COVID it was 4 to 5 a day. I think she has more pictures of me than her family because Im always sending selfies because Im having a good hair day. Jaimie is professional, efficient, and easy to work work. Pick her you will be so happy you did.

Allison Stamey Jamie is FANTASTIC with all hair types. Many of my friends get their hair done at her studio. She has highlighted and cut my hair for many years and is always up to date on new ways to improve my hair as I age and it changes. She gets shampoo, hair tools, and deep conditioners that are amazing that help my hair so much. She even tinted my gray eyebrows! Love her! You won’t regret giving her a try!

Lori Reaka My hair stylist, Lisa Cherry, has her suite at Phenix Salon. Not only is she a wonderful stylist, but she makes you feel comfortable and welcome. As well, her salon space is beautifully decorated and alway clean and neat. The Phenix Salon is inviting and well kept. The entry is always peaceful and calming with the happy waterfall feature upon entry. Love this location!

Raven Vidad I love Mayra! After a haircut at a different salon left me in tears (in October), she softened the harsh haircut I had and gave me the most beautiful burgundy/deep red. The second set of pictures is my hair in May. She was carefully monitoring my growth in between October and May because I said my end goal was long layers. She’s very patient and works towards getting my hair the way I want it without compromising the health of my hair every time. Even when I was going from red to brown, she was able to remove the red and I got to leave the salon a beautiful, dimensional brunette (it’s difficult to do, especially considering that I spent a long time with red and purple!) Im thrilled to say that it was the best haircut Ive ever had. Mitzy expertly advised me on the most flattering style and dedicated the next hour to perfecting my look. Normally, a haircut for my short hair takes about 15 to 20 minutes, but Mitzys meticulous attention to detail made all the difference. She would cut a little, step back to assess, and then refine her work further. She is a true artist. While her services arent the cheapest, they are well worth the investment for anyone who values their appearance and desires a high-quality haircut.
