Lynette I wouldnt give them a star but its the only way to leave a review. Dawn st the Fall Creek office needs an attitude adjustment. For one thing no one there seems to know what anyone is doing. They billed us for something thats not ours and now Dawn claims she doesnt owe us a damn thing and to call Farm Bureau in Waco. Well girlfriend, thats what were going to do. We moved our insurance and in our opinion, she needs to find work elsewhere. Dealing with people is not her specialty.

Shiane Medlin Will tell you you’re covered and have the best of the best but when your horse gets stolen and shot even with multiple police and livestock commissioner statements backing up that he was stolen they will try to say you’re not covered and it’s a mysterious disappearance Then if you find said horse in extreme need for medical coverage they will say you’re not covered even if you have documentation that you are then when you cancel they will say you didn’t cancel the right way and try to Charge you again
