5 /5 Petra B: Fast and friendly service. Their prices are very reasonable. As of yet, I have not had any problems with this insurance agency. We have had car insurance with Fred Loya for over 5 years. Theres at least 5 offices in Laredo that I know of, so very easy to find one close to me whenever I need to go in person for information or payment.
