Sharon Moss We have been with Jason Garner at Farmers Insurance for many years. We have ALL our insurances through Farmers Insurance, which includes multiple trucks, cars, a boat, and an RV! We also have our Homeowner Insurance, and Umbrella through Farmers Insurance. Jason keeps us on track with everything and there is quite a lot to keep on top of!! If and when I have questions he and his team are always on top of it. He is local, so I can just pop into his office if I want to, as it is important to me to have a face to a name, and to be able to sit and talk face to face from time to time. John Shoemaker Dan, at Arandale, has gone above and beyond to give us the best service available and has provided us with insurance for our three (3) companies as well as our home and vehicles. His extensive knowledge regarding both commercial and homeowners policies has provided us with considerably better coverage than we previously had from another company at a much better rate. Dan has also found coverage on both our business and home policies which our last insurance company was not able to offer. Due to the type of services offered by our companies we are required to have multiple endorsements that can be very confusing to a layman. Dan has been able to not only explain what the endorsements cover, but also was able to answer our questions on how they would be implemented should we have a loss. As such, I recommend him to everyone I know who needs commercial and/or homeowners insurance. It would be a costly mistake not to ask for Dans help when searching for your insurance needs. I am very hopeful that we will never have a claim on our insurance. I am confident that we are fully covered should it be necessary to file a claim in the future. Debbie Johnson I’ve been using an independent agent the last 8 years or so for my insurance policy. So because i hadn’t messed with this in many years, I had quite a lot of questions. Zulema was very patient with me (even though i had a million questions and wanted 20 different quotes), and helped me without fail. She answered every question, showed me several different quotes and was just amazing! I had a lower quote from someone else, but it definitely wasn’t enough to make me not choose to work with Zulema after everything she had done. I highly recommend this agency! Jeff Hatz We ended up having liability-only coverage on our brand new car, but they were entire oblivious to this. While not their fault, its entirely inexcusable that they ignored that update the insurer sent them. After filing a complaint were told they ignore those messages and nothing would change. We were told flat out that we are not a priority and that our requests to have our policy re-shopped (the main feature of an insurance broker in the first place) would be entirely ignored. Not to mention the constant turnover. For the last two years, I had no clue who our broker was because it was changing multiple times a year and I stopped keeping track of it. They will profit off your policy year after year while giving you NOTHING in return. Find someone else who will actually take care of you.

James Johnson VERY UPSET!!!!!!!!!!! LONG TIME CUSTOMER DENIED RENEWAL OF INSURANCE We recieved a letter in the mail stating that they would no longer be able to renew our insurance due to some accidents that happened 8 years ago. We have had Fred Loya insurance for over 10 years and because I locked my keys in my vehicle and filed a claim for the keys the review board decided my driving record was deemed non-renewable. Mainly due to the 3 accidents that happened 8 years ago and more. I asked the gentleman on the phone (corporate office) that if i had not filed the claim for locking keys in my truck if i would still have insurance his reply was simply YES. SO if your accident prone dont bother even trying to obtain insurance. Three at fault accidents and youre no longer eligible for insurance. Even if those accidents happened 3, 8, 12, or 25 years of having insurance with one company for so many years.
