Robin Stone Dont use this brokerage. After three yrs my policy suddenly jumped from $560.00 a yr to $4761.00 with out my knowledge. They failed to inform me. This in turn caused a huge shortage in my escrow acct causing my house payment to increase by $700.00 a month. Upon me contacting them I was told they could find me a better rate. I was like...oh now after Youve completed messed up my escrow acct you can now find me a better rate? No thank you. Be aware this brokerage does not have their customers best interest in mind. Upon this being brought to their managers attention there was zero responsibility taken...the same # I would have given them if it was available.....a big zero..

My policy expired and the agent on the line told me that “the insurance provider will not renew the policy, so we have to start a new quote unfortunately. If you have no further questions, have a good day.” PS: I have been with this company/agent for 6 years. Moving on now though.
