I guess pronto does not give customers credit for it. Also Pronto was bought from another company as the employee informed me.

Sandi G Went in for a quote. The young lady actually made a face when I approached. She gave me a quote and when I asked why it was so high, she completely ignored me and just shrugged her shoulders. Extremely poor customer service and their rates are double what I found elsewhere and offered more. I would not recommend.

Amanda Nicole Pena Wanted to love this place since I have been a customer for years but they keep canceling my policies for no reason. I wasnt even informed I was no longer insured and the reason was beyond ridiculous. I was dropped for not providing pictures of the license plate on a new car even when my agent never told me I needed it and assured me I was good to go. I was given my insurance card and paid the start up basically for nothing since I was dropped apparently a few days later. When I called to get it situated, I was bounced around for an hour on the phone with multiple branches and told they were with in person customers and couldnt help me. So disappointed.
