Gregory Vail This Dental clinic is on the second floor above the Drs. Offices. Try to get an early appointment because the Highway in front Alton Gloor is a mad-house after 3pm.
The Office was very clean and up-to-date. They had many young, women professionals in this office. Somewhat of a change from traditional DDS offices of the past who were only males as dentists and women were the assistants. They are all women dentists!

Peter Gomez Not a very good clinic they want to do everything thru video call .They never have appointments. Walk-in always tell you to come the next day in the morning, that they dont have appointments, then send you home and schedule a video call . How am I suppose to schedule to get sick ??? How im i suppose to tell my high blood pressure not to act up ???

Allison Jew This clinic made me jump through hoops to submit paperwork (because you need an appointment to give them insurance paperwork, what kind of nonsense is that!!) and the woman who takes that paperwork was always out to lunch. And now they are sending me $1000 bill more than a year later, claiming I didnt have insurance. I tried calling the billing department and spoke to a rude woman named Olga who said the billing woman is out to lunch (Im sensing a theme with this clinic, also why did she answer the phone if this is not her department?). This place is a scam!! Do not come here!!

Vanessa V Horrible experience! Charge extra just to get more money, horrible bedside manner, they give the wrong information for post op and sent directions for how to use a prescription that was not even given to my child. The only reason stars were given is because the actual procedure was done. But never would I recommend this office to anyone who cares about the patient they are taking there!
My son (5 yrs old) had an extra tooth growing in his palate and needed a surgical extraction. I was asked to pay extra so my son could be sedated longer than what the insurance would cover (which of course I’m going to shell out more money cause I’m scared my child will wake up or feel more pain than necessary)
I’m well aware of what this procedure entails and the need to have a parent step out during procedure keeping an area sterile for a surgery is important, and of course watching this happen to your little one can cause panic in a parent; But I was told I would be allowed in the room after the procedure to help calm down my little one, and as soon as he was getting taken off of sedation I would be allowed to see him. I was allowed to stay in the room while he was sedated then escorted to the waiting area, then through the office little screams could be heard and I asked if I could see my son to help calm him down, all of the receptionists were on the phone and I asked nicely but no one cared while my son’s screams could be heard filling the office. My child woke up scared and alone. After complaining to the office manager who seemed to be on a personal call on a cell phone explaining to “babe” there was a patient being disruptive, she let me know when the patient was awake they would come to get me. The screaming and crying continued for maybe eight more minutes then other clients were escorted to the front office because “that kid screaming in there is scaring the other patients”. As a parent, I hope no one ever has to experience this I was yelling through the wall to try and console my preschooler because he was scared and in a room and was not allowed to see me after waking up fully disoriented and having just undergone a surgery alone!
Minutes later after my son was screaming crying and calling for his mom did they finally come to the front to begin to give me post operative directions! I don’t know who in their right mind thinks that while my son is screaming and crying would I be able to have a calm conversation where I’m given directions, I want to see my child and help calm him down!
When they finally let me into the room my son was sweating, eyes swollen and no voice from screaming at the top of his lungs. The dental assistant continued telling me he was not bleeding which was a good sign. (For any extraction bleeding is of course natural but blood clotting is a essential for healing)
Also the dental assistant was putting gauze between his teeth and upper lip when he had a huge palatal surgery I’m confused as to what she was doing or why that area was being treated.
After the whole ordeal and wanting to take my son she explained that as per the office rules I was not able to have my son released to me; they had to take him through the office on a wheelchair and I could pick him up at the back door. Again this is a five year old who just had the worst experience of his life and she wants me to leave him alone in the office to drive around back and receive him. Also they could’ve told me that since the beginning and wouldn’t have had me feeling like my child was going through a nightmare and I wouldn’t have heard the screams all that time.
They even after having to rip my child off of me cause the office manager was now standing between myself and the front door to exit and I “wasn’t allowed to take him” had to drive around. The dental assistant is then struggling to steer this huge oversized wheelchair and nearly drops my son out of said wheelchair because there is a ridiculous steep ramp just outside the door.
My son had bruising on his arm not from the IV but the bandage wrapped too tight where the IV was removed.

Solo Wing Terrible. Tried calling for my wife to schedule a new appointment twice. First time called to confirmed on day of appointment and they cancelled for no reason stated by one of the receptionist, so she rescheduled the following week. Come the following week called again the day of appointment and now she is blacklisted because now the receptionist said that we needed to come to the office a few days before the appointment and pay in advanced for appointment WHICH NO ONE TOLD ME. Incompetent receptionists only tells me how incompetent this practice is. Dont go anywhere near this place.

Rossana Hernandez He did a great job ! He’s caring and his staff is fabulous! I had no issues and had two implants. No, he’s not there for the money and charges what any specialist will charge. I had no pain and totally recommend him.
