Aumara Inc. & Aumara Financial Hi I recently went to Mane salon this week. I had been there to get a haircut in January and decided to come back for color. I have been doing my own color from Home as a novice colorist for decades. Now I have been pre-growing since my 20s so I have to do my color once a month. When I came in today it was my intent to do blonde and red high and low lights in my hair. I was wanting a biology that was my intent initially and when I got in there, it took about an hour to deliberate over what they were gonna do with my color because they were concerned about The base color, pulling and turning into highlights or something lighter than what it was When I got home, I noticed that there was a big patch of gray in one area so I came back the next day and she went ahead and fixed that area for me. however, once I got home, I noticed that patch of gray was still there as you will see in my photo. Needless to say, I don’t believe that I will be coming back. I paid 140+ tip for this whole haircut and style and balayage and for the color is not to even fully color my hair it’s disappointing. I am now going to have to find time before I leave for my trip next week to take care of that patch. It’s a shame the owner is super nice there and I like the ambiance.

Big Brown Bear Wonderful environment. Lively people and customer service. Treated my daughter to a hair day and was both pleased and surprised with the outcome.

Charle Fox The Stylist at the Mane Salon has been taking great care of my hair since the beginning of 2021. I moved here Jan. 2021 from Tampa FL, my hair had been over processed. It was thinning badly, would hardly grow and looked frazzled. I still get my hair colored every 6-8 weeks, but now my hair is now passed my bra line down my back, and it looks and feels healthy. I owe it to the Stylist at the Mane Salon. She takes her time, gives me options to consider and conditions my hair when I need it. She stays on top of the latest hair care. Before the Stylist at the Mane Salon started coloring my hair, my scalp would burn and itch after it was processed. Now I dont feel anything but healthy hair. Her care of my hair is especially pleasing since I am very close to being a senior citizen. I just cant say enough good things about the Stylist at the Mane Salon. How fortunate we are to have such a professional in our small community.

Akasia B. Stunning location, stunning people, unparalleled service. I have been seeing Trina as my hair stylist since September of last year and the entire journey has been incredible. Firstly I feel heard as the client (and always walk out with results that exceed my expectations) but also get the most sage, nurturing advice from Trina when it comes to perseverance of my hair health. Second the blend, cut, and dimension in my hair is consistent and truly high quality. Third (as if it couldn’t get any better) the prices are completely reasonable - especially for the results and dedicated time spent with her clients. I wouldn’t have anyone else touch my hair.

Katy London I was nervous to get a Brazilian wax for years, not so much worried about the pain, but because I am plus size. Stacie made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. I didnt even hesitate to hop on the table because she made me feel 1000% fine about her seeing my plus size figure. She talked me through every step and did everything to minimize pain that she could. The results are absolutely worth it! Already scheduled for my next visit - she is officially apart of my self care routine for good!

EPAS Fast service! Place is clean, from previous pictures of this place, the inside has changed. The lady there did a good job on my brows. Very happy with the service. The previous brow place I would go too is about 1hr away and they would charge $6 even, which is an amazing deal, due to the distance I had to look for a new place. Here for just the brow it’s $12+tax, that’s the only bummer for me. Over all recommend, I did a walk in.

Emily Tarver Beautiful and clean salon. My threading didn’t hurt at all she has such a gentle hand. She also got the tint of my eyebrows the perfect color! I’m very pleased with my experience and results. I look forward to booking more services there.

Abbie is so kind and excellent at her craft. Only downside - wanted it to last all day! No clue how that hour just ticked by. It was so relaxing and my face just glows!

D Ward I purchased my wig there. The customer service is outstanding and they were so wonderful in helping me, explaining all parts of the wig, how to wear, tips, etc. The prices are comparable to the Dallas wig shops for the same (non-human hair) wigs. In fact, the one I purchased was a bit less. They were able to match the exact color of my hair, which is great as I will be losing it to chemo; and the Dallas group could not. I so loved working with them and highly recommend them.

Dakota Good I can’t stress enough how great this company is. A friend of mine is going through chemo treatments for cancer. She has lost her hair. This is a really hard time to say the least. Someone had suggested to me that we look at Patterson’s for a wig. They have a good selection! She didn’t see one in the store that was suitable for her needs so they offered to order what she was looking for. We had to do this twice. They went out of their way to make her feel comfortable. Priscilla who works there helped her try on any thing she wanted. She was never bothered by the amount my friend tried on. This store is really great. I highly recommend them for not only wigs but a huge selection of beauty supply items! They’re making a big difference to my friend. It’s a delicate time for her. She really needed for this to be a positive experience finding a wig and it has been. Thank you Patterson team! I appreciate your effort so much!

Cristy Westbrook I have to say I was nervous about going out in public since losing my hair to chemo they were very welcoming and Theresa helped me they only had one of the blonde hair I was in love with she went and looked opened up another box before she could pull it out good it was if it was my hair laying in the box I cried and cried it was definitely the one thank you so much for making me feel like me again forever grateful

Lacey Evelynn I do not recommend getting your hair colored by Amanda at all. The purple was never the color that I wanted. She dyed my roots a reddish color. She told me then it would wash out to the purple I had it mind.. in did not. My hair is fading to this awful looking blonde/grey/green color. This is only two weeks after my appointment. I understand hair fades, however the color wasnt what I wanted to begin with. After we had confronted her about this, she recommended that I put manic panic in my hair... very unprofessional. We did not spend $250, for this to turn out the way it did, and then be told to fix it ourselves with manic panic..

Audrey Wilemon If you are looking to have your hair professionally colored I would not recommend Amanda. I had sent Amanda a photo of the color and cut that I wanted , and was told that she could do that for me. However, once she finally got around to doing my hair, it turned out to not look like anything that I wanted at all. Not only did she cancel on us multiple times, she also couldn’t get her scheduling times correct. Several days in advance we were sent a message to be there at 10:30, however on the day of the appointment she tried to tell us that she told us to be there at 9. She then realized she had messed up and told us 10:30. Highly unprofessional. She also tried to blame us for my hair not turning out the way I wanted. She said that she couldn’t have got my hair to come out the way I wanted in one session, which would have been fine if she would have communicated that with us beforehand. But she didn’t, so now we’ve spent essentially $250 on just bleached hair with a few barely visible pinkish orange looking highlights.

Natalee Wright 1000% would recommend! I have gotten my hair done by Amanda for several years now. Amanda is professional, & makes me feel so special with every visit & always takes her time. My hair always comes out FLAWLESSLY & I leave feeling so confident. If you need a stylist- Amanda & Kristin are my girls!!!

Cody White Im so tired of this place. Only reason I go here is for the late hours. Its over priced and I tolerate the mediocre cuts bc of it, but today was the last straw. Wont be back. Gave the girl a picture of my self after a good haircut and said that what I want. She gave me half a mo hawk.... I didnt notice right away bc Im almost blind without glasses, but once I got home and into good light and washed it? Yeah. Worst cut in a decade. If I had time to mess around Id go back for a refund. Kelly was decent I will say that, but no more will I go here. I will say that Sage seems to care and i got a good cut from here. People just get on fb a get recommendations.

Bobs United Great experience! The two ladies there this morning were so cheerful and seem genuinely happy to be working there. It made the experience very pleasant. AND…..I got a great haircut for not much $. Because of remote check-in, I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Just great all the way around.

Lance Fields Haircuts are fair, customer service has been horrible when they stole money from me by charging my card a second time. It has been about 6 weeks of dealing with them and they always give the run around. Check your bank accounts after going to Greenville Great Clips

Amy Goode My son always comes here and gets a pretty good cut. Today it was a new person he hasn’t ever seen, he asked for 1-2” off on top and a fade. She cut ALL his curls off (had a mullet) the top of his head it’s so short. Won’t use her again.
