1 /5 Jane Doe: The WORST hair experience I have ever had. I have very long hair and was going in just looking for a good trim - asking for about 4 inches off. I made it very clear to Rhonda that I wanted to keep the length and I even showed her a reference picture with the long layering I was asking for. She then preceded to carelessly chop off about 8-10 inches of my hair leaving it completely uneven and choppy, and then had the nerve to ask me “if I was going to miss the length?”. I was so shocked and upset I had to leave the salon for a minute to calm down. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Do not let this woman touch your hair. It will take me years to grow back the hair that she so carelessly decided to cut and even after all of this I had to go somewhere else to try to fix the mess she made.
