Karen Smith I brought my granddaughter who is 11 in for a haircut. Her hair was down to her waist. Glitter was so good with her knowing it would be a big change. She checked with my granddaughter before she cut anything making sure she was okay with the length. Very friendly personality and Glitter is great at her job. I give 5+ stars.

Devon Scoggins I had a frustrating experience with this business. I was unexpectedly charged for services I didn’t authorize, and when I tried to address it, I felt unfairly threatened with legal action. My belongings were also withheld, and I had to consider taking further steps to retrieve them. The empty spaces in the building may indicate challenges in management. If you choose to visit, I’d recommend caution and keeping a clear record of transactions and agreements.

MICHELLE HOBSON I would like to share my experience with a particular company and its owner, which I believe is important for potential customers to consider. I purchased a service package but became dissatisfied due to inconsistent pricing and ongoing changes. Consequently, I decided to cancel my services and request a refund. Unfortunately, the owner refused to provide any credit or reimbursement for the $500 I had already paid. They stated that the company does not issue refunds or credits; however, I found that their terms and conditions do not specify this policy, nor did I sign any agreement that would obligate me to those terms. I have attempted to resolve this issue multiple times, both with the owner and my bank, but to no avail. It is concerning that the employees providing the services may not be licensed by the state of Texas. I plan to continue my dispute and will be filing for small claims while also reporting this matter to the Texas Cosmetology Board. It is crucial for consumers to do their due diligence when engaging with this company.

Tiffany Petersen I asked for light brown and she convinced me natural brown would be better. I was thinking it must be a warmer brown than light brown or something? But it is way too dark for me as a have light blonde hair. She tried to lighten it but it didn’t do anything. I’ll just have to wash them like 20 times to try to fade them some.

Sejal Christian This was an absolutely horrible experience. The staff is unprofessional and downright rude. The waxing technician was disrespectful from the start, making unnecessary and condescending comments. In the middle of the service, she had the audacity to ask if I knew the prices so I "wouldn’t be surprised later"—implying that I might cause a scene. When I asked why she said that, she responded in an insulting way, assuming I couldn’t afford it. To make matters worse, she didn’t even do the job properly, leaving parts of my arms unwaxed while making excuses and acting irritated. I’ve been to this salon multiple times before and have always tipped generously, but after this disgraceful treatment, I will never be coming back.

Nadine Melendrez Veena is the best at giving you the lashes you want and knows what will look on your eyes! I also get eyebrows threaded by Veena and others when Veena isn’t available and the are always grea!

Lisa Winter Look no further for fantastic lashes! Highly recommend Veena. She is meticulous and will work with you to get your lashes absolutely perfect (& your lashes will have staying power). Veena is also just a lovely person, I always enjoy my time with her. If I could give her 6 stars, I would.

Jenny Williams I get my lashes lifted with Ruby and she does a great job. It gives me the wow factor i was going for without make up.

Susan Bourenane I am always happy with Ruby’s services. She really knows what she is doing. Her salon is clean, peaceful, and relaxing. She’s great to talk to, but if you want to just chill out in silence (listening to the beautiful piano music on her playlist), that’s okay too. I have a lot of grey in my brows and lashes, so I get a brow tint and lash tint. The products she uses always completely cover the greys. On my last visit I got a lash lift and was A-MAZED!! Wow! My lashes have never looked this good. Ruby definitely has the magic touch. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Shelby John Ruby was amazing, I had a lash tint & eyebrow tint + lamination. Before the service begun she massaged some pressure points, it was so relaxing. I have had many lash tints before, she does somthing different where it doesn’t burn your eyes, greatly appreciated her technique. Eyebrows looked amazing, I have light features, so the tint was dark, but faded just slightly that it looks very natural and not harsh. Definitely go a see Ruby, also her salon suite is so nice & clean!

Abby B Dakota is amazing! Shes always so much fun to be around and she does a great job. Ive been to her for everything from vibrant colors that include 2 stages of lightening, and haircuts to blowout styling for big events. I cant imagine trusting my hair to anyone else.

Laura Jimenez I absolutely love coming to Dakota for my hair cuts/colors. She’s always up for whatever my ideas are, and is also great at offering suggestions if I’m unsure of what I want. I was so scared to bleach my hair for vivid color because I thought I’d lose my curl pattern, but my hair still feels so healthy and my curl pattern is in tact. She always takes extra time after drying/styling to make sure everything looks perfect and make any adjustments.

Chelsea Palacios Dakota is truly amazing. From color to cut I always leave feeling super happy with the final look. Today, she did my daughters long pixie and she couldnt be happier!

B NJ Facials were great, soft skin afterwards! Make sure to not get any products in your eyes while massaging them into face! Also you cannot tap to pay for things under 100$! Got a 65$ facial went to pay and was told I could not tap to pay unless it was over 100!

Rachel Hilton Love this place! I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my brows done! Cassandra is amazing and now Kelsey does my brows and she is just as incredible! Kelsey is very meticulous and always makes sure she’s up to date on my skincare regimen so that she can use the appropriate wax. Also, the plants inside the salon are beautiful- my plant goals! I bought a propagated plant from Cassandra about a year ago and it is thriving!

Misty Gordon I first came to Cassandra to get my brows waxed and tinted. I love the time she spends mapping out your brows and asking questions about them before she gets started making sure were on the same page! Shes helped me play around with different shades to find a natural look for me and we also tried henna! Im always been happy with the end results! I have also seen Chelsea and Kelsey who are also equally as great! Everyones attention to detail is amazing and I cant wait to go back once I get back into tinting my brows! Cassandra has an awesome team!

Brittany Dyer So I’ve been seeing Michelle for a couple of years now and am uploading several photos to see all of the colors and styles I’ve had her use her magic on. She is AMAZING!!! She always takes great care of my hair and makes every transition gorgeous, but also as healthy as possible. She is also very realistic with hair goals. My hair color is a shade above black and she gradually had brought me from that shade to blonde with minimal damage to my hair. She is passionate and keeps learning about her trade so never fear asking her any questions!!!

BSG Drove there for my appointment and waited a while. My stylist was not at the salon. Another stylist gave me my stylist’s number and asked me to call her who then told me that there was some scheduling issue and she was not available that day. This could have been communicated hours, if not days, before. I chose not to reschedule for another day when offered.

Michelle Hornback Been using Krisi for more than 15 years. I follow her around when she has changed Salons, even though she is nowhere near where I live anymore. She does fabulous work on cuts and color. My hair has been several different styles and lengths and colors, and she always makes me look good! She listens to requests, and is also good at helping you find a style if youre not quite sure what you want.
