Wendy Naranjo Do not go to this dermatologist. They charge over and above and do not tell you about all of the charges. I ended up going to a dermatologist in Sugar Land Texas and they charged me half of what tru-skin wanted for the same procedure. There were no hidden costs from the dermatologist in Sugarland. The dermatologist in Sugarland was very kind and very professional. They explained everything clearly. No extra charges for follow up exams, no extra lab fees. At tru-skin I felt like just a number and all they wanted was my money. It was rush rush hurry up and do the procedure and get out of the office service. Not very friendly and not very professional. After a few months of research, I decided to go elsewhere. It took me weeks to get my test results so I could go to a different dermatologist. I had to call the tru-skin cooperate office and finally got my test results. It is now January 2025 and I just received another bill from my procedure in January 2024. I was not aware of this separate charge. Poor business practices. Do not go here.

Jo Ann Saenz Everyone is always so friendly & caring in the office. My PA always takes her time with me, very knowledgeable & also very caring. ❤️ And after 2 years, I’m still receiving the same great care with patience & understanding! Amanda is great & so is all the staff! ❤️

Patricia Muthler It was a good experience. Never been there before. Receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Was gifted a facial. Never had one before. Mary Ann is there 2 days a week by appointment only. The facial was awesome. I know the men would love this as much as the women. She did so much more than I expected. Will definitely go back. Hair, nails, massages, facials and more in Beauty Boutique.

Laney Respondek Hellen did such a great job on my shellac pedicure and manicure! I loved the shape and how much care she put into it! She really took her time, I think she used about 4 coats of color to make it bright like I wanted! I will make sure to come back to book with her! Thanks Hellen!

Virginia Maureen That was by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had… She was rude from the minute I sat down kept hitting my hand with her file and was on her phone arguing and griping at somebody the entire time. I asked for a design she said no since the designer was not there, I said OK how about just the pink and she said no she can’t do that pink so I asked for turquoise which was globbed on, partially missing, none of my nails are the same thickness or the same shape or the same length. She was rude she was extremely rough and she made me bleed and when I said something about it she said quit moving your hand.

Craig Morgan Have previously been happy with my nails but always had a long wait after my appointment time. This last time I waited for 2 hours before the put me in a chair for a pedicure. Never offered any apology or explanation. Finally started my pedicure. After that I had to wait at least 15 minutes for him to start on my manicure. The light wasn’t working, but he ignored that. Got up and walked off for some reason after he put first coat of polish on. After 5+ minutes with no communication, I got up and left. Disgusted. I’ve been before several times; there’s always been an extensive wait past my appointment time. There’s always been minimal communication with me as a customer. I’d finally had enough. I never felt welcome.

Nimia Romero I got my hair cut by Lisa. She did a great job. I left feeling like a million bucks. I had made an appointment elsewhere and they cancelled on me 30 minutes before the set time. I had taken the day off work so I wasnt going to waste it so I called The Hair Shop and they were able to work me in a couple hours later. The ladies were very personable and the place was super clean. I took my mother the following week. The price for the cut was extremely reasonable and the service was was fantastic.

Cindy Johnson-Eckersley Mari Consuelo did a fantastic job on my hair. She really listens to what the customer wants. Getting the right shade of red for an individual can be challenging but Mari made it seem flawless. I highly recommend her as a stylist and will definitely be back if Im visiting in the area again.

All my nervousness disappeared after talking to her and explaining exactly what I was hoping for. I received the Brazilian Antifrizz Treatment, perfectly matched hair color and a trim and I couldn’t have been more satisfied, more happy and content with my new healthy and colored hair! What a feeling!!❤️ I am now a forever fan of Mari!! You will love her!
