Dilyna Tran My recent experience was wonderful. I got the best Pedicure and Acrylic fill with a gorgeous glittery pink gel polish. Sam and Jen took their time and paid attention to detail. Amanda Monroe I wanted to enjoy this location, based on the reviews it looked like they did good work. However my nails just arent good looking at all. I have chunks missing out of the sides of some nails, wripples in the acrylic, shape is not cohesive, bumps in the acrylic, and the beads are much thicker on some. A friend said I looked like I had hooves for nails, unfortunately. I requested my nails to be oval or round due adhere to military regulations, however I still received almond nails (on most) some are round due to non cohesive nail shapes on each finger. I will say that the environment was upbeat and lively and I enjoyed that aspect. But overall do not recommend getting acrylic sets done here. In the photos I attempt to show the chunk missing out of the pinky, wrinkles in the thumb and shape of the nails.

Melissa Wilson I absolutely adore this salon! Everyone is so nice, and fun to talk to. The work itself is amazing. I go to Tish and she ALWAYS has my nails on point. Im so happy I found Top Koat and definitely recommend them for all your nail care and design needs!!

Virginia Jimenez (saturday, nov2nd) I had a service done, and I was very unhappy with. First of all, she didnt prepare my nail how is supposed to. My nails look very uneven, and at last, she told me it was going to be 60$ for short nails and one gel color. And on my debit card, she charged me 65$? I didnt complain in the nail salon because I just want to be done and leave. I made the appointment by phone, and when I saw your prices by booking online, they were very different. I will never recommend this place.

Billie Pillow I am soo glad I found this shop, and Tisha. She is crazy talented! I can make my appointment online and their system sends a text to remind me the day before. The best part is that I am notorious for breaking 2-3 nails each time I go to the regular salon. This is my third set Tisha has done and I have yet to break a single one (fingers crossed).

MaKayla Brown I’ve been coming here for years and I love the staff. They are very attentive and efficient in their work. Prices are extremely reasonable for the work and they’re always willing to touch up or fix a broken nail for FREE! Definitely need to check this place out. They even have the cutest Christmas gift. Redbone Amazon I knew they wouldn’t disappoint! The owners are a very talented couple, and there is no design that I’ve brought to this salon that they could not make happen for me! The selection of colors… I haven’t seen them all, I’m sure of it, but these nail techs know their products, and what will look best according to hand shape, finger length and so on.. I remember coming here the very first time, and I thought about that time today, as I was finding parking.. welcoming does not do this salon justice! They instantly made me feel welcome, they remember what you like (shape and even favorite colors!) each time, and I have NEVER felt I was an inconvenience. There’s no rushing to get to the next client, each customer is greeted as they walk-in and thanked for coming before we head out. I’ve gone through a lot of nail salons since I started working again.. but I found MY SALON, and they are always worth every penny!

Qui Absolutely love my experience and service every time I come in! Danny is hilarious and gets my nails exactly the way I want from length to shape! I’m never disappointed, I’ve been coming here since Mar 23’ when I moved here and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Super sweet owners, staff and customer service! They offer complimentary water or snacks for your little ones if you have to bring them in. Always professional and makes me laugh! Highly recommend their services!

Micah Swann This shop is amazing, the owner and his family are so sweet and have amazing customer service, they offer you free wine and other drinks with your service and you can drink as much as you want. They can do any design you bring to them and they execute it perfectly everytime. When you come here you leave with everything you asked for. This is by far the BEST place to get your nails and toes done by a landslide no one is competing with this . I’ve been a loyal customer here for many years now and have never thought about going else where. You can tell they do this job because they love it and its true passion and not just a job to them and they also give away free Christmas gifts in December that are quality gifts, this year I received a Victoria secret body set with a cute tumbler cup, candy and a mug. Such a sweet gesture. They really make you feel special. Please come down and get your services done by them

Kayla Kade Came here today for a spa pedicure and it’s like I got nothing done. I’m a nail tech and I usually do my own toes but, I didn’t feel like doing them. Thought I’d go to a nail shop for once. The lady rushed the service and on top of that she chipped my toenails. I usually put acrylic on them and have spent months growing them back out to achieve strong healthy nails so, they could be shaped square. Only for her to chip three of my left toes. I paid the service but, I really wanted to not pay at all. Not worth the visit and $35 down the drain.

Love Marie did my nails today in this place. first time and never going back the guy who did my nails was so rude when i told him the nails that he made is so tick and you can tell on the edges that he made it look so ugly. i paid money and didn’t get the result that i was expecting. never ever go to this place and if you go make sure don’t get your nails done with the guy who wear glasses and has a tattoo on his hand i didn’t get a chance to ask for his name. wasted 100$ for this nails.

Vianey Waterman I come here every 2 weeks but this time was my absolute last. The service is rushed. My nails are already chipping not even 24 hours later. My pedicure was overcharged by $20 extra dollars and all I got was clear polish. I was charged for cut down even though my nails are the same length that I came in and not one nail was cut. My nieces nails were overpriced for plain white acrylic and the shortest nails they have. On top of that, they’re raising their already high prices. I’m not a fan of sneaking in extra charges and not telling the customer. Who knows how many times I’ve overpaid for services not rendered. I’m just glad I noticed this time. I don’t even live in Killeen and there are other salons closer to home. I simply enjoyed the atmosphere and experience here, but it’s not worth the sneaky charges in my opinion. Otherwise, the owner and staff are very pleasant. The establishment is very clean and the hospitality is good. Has been better in the past, but it’s still decent.

Aleisha Baker I absolutely hate to leave reviews like this but it needs to be said. The other day I went to get a full set and the nail tech was cool at first, but he was also rough, careless and unapologetic . I had three different cuts on my fingers due to him, filing my skin off to the point that each cut was bleeding. His excuse was it was a new file. He never apologized for cutting me the way that he did Not only did he not offer me a discount for injury he up-charged tf outta me and charged me $75 for regular acrylic and clear polish. No customer should leave with multiple open cuts on their hands without any accommodations nor apologies.

Lauren Thames I hate getting my nails done. They never come out how I want or like the pic I show. Jackson did my nails and I can honestly say this is the best set I’ve ever had in my life. Literally in the parking lot writing this. He was effortlessly efficient and only had to glance the example pic once. I did end up going a little shorter than my example pic. Impressed. Sad I’m moving and won’t be able to take him with me! I 100% recommend this shop. Cost was $85 excluding tip. Remember, good people tip in cash!

kelsey Miranda Highly recommend Hannah! The 1st time here I did a walk in right before my flight. She got my nails exactly like my inspo photo. She took her time on each nail. My nails lasted 2 1/2 weeks and I was able to come back for a fill. And I was very happy with my new design also. She is now my new go-to!

ROCHELLLE VAZQUEZ I have been going to Ann’s nails for years. They have put a lot of investment in renovating the place and it really looks nice. You really get the most bang for your buck here as far as pricing goes for a pedicure. It includes a heated neck wrap and paraffin wax! They always have specials going on so be sure to call or sign up for their text reward program!

bailey means Got manicure and pedicure done. Pedicure was wonderful until we got to the manicure. Kept cutting down my cuticles way too short to the point she had to keep wiping away blood while trying to put on my gel. Final result in photos and I have more cut up fingers than not. Gel looks great besides my bleeding fingers, wouldn’t even let her clean them up with the alcohol because I knew it was going to hurt.

tmix smith One of the best experiences I have ever had. The staff was sociable and very professional. They worked miracles on my pedicure and manicure. I will be back in 2 weeks as a follow-up. I highly recommend this shop to men and women in the Central Texas area.

danny martinez Star Nails and Spa formerly known as Moon Nails is great location in Harker Heights to get your nails done. Staff is always kind and attentive to our families request. We take everyone from the little kids to older grandparents. Newly renovated with all new clean equipment with the same ol staff. Love going there and always recommend to friends and family.

Star Hernandez I came into the salon and I did not like my finished look (picture on the left). The receptionist told me to come back in to have them fixed even though it was close to closing time. Nina fixed my nail shape and I am just SO in love with the final outcome. The staff was very accommodating! Nina did such an amazing job!!!

I have been coming here since October 2024 and am always pleased with the quality of service. They really know how to take care of their customers. From the fresh fruit cups to bottomless glasses of margaritas, this place is a must visit!

Nneka Pilgrim I went here to get my nails done exactly 10 days ago, and pictured is what they currently look like (and I haven’t been doing anything crazy with my hands). As you can see I’m missing two nails because they just popped off, and the others are lifting. I’m extremely disappointed because I paid $90.00 for this, and it’s crazy that for that amount of money my nails lasted 10 days. I called to see if I could at least get the two that popped off fixed and they said that because it’s been over 7 days I’d have to pay. If that’s their policy then fine, but with two nails coming off and the lifting it was clearly just a bad set. I decided to cut my losses and find somewhere else to remove them and get a new set because with the lifting of the others I’m sure they’ll pop off soon as well. I’m giving it two stars because the atmosphere was at good at least, but I won’t be back to get my nails done here again.

Chelsea LaraRangel Amazing experience here. I initially went for a removal and came back for a pedicure because the vibes were immaculate! The lovely lady (Suzie) who did my pedicure should win awards. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing massage and quality pedicure. She surprised me at the end with a short neck and back massage. It was just the cherry on top of the Saturday! Thank you so much Suzie. Lovely place full of lovely people!

• Luhnaye The lady who did my pedicure was great. The older woman who did my gel manicure was horrible. I greeted her when I sat down and that was the last she spoke to me or listened to anything I said. I told her I DID NOT have gel polish on my nails already and that it was regular polish. She used a drill to take it off and I told her I’m sensitive to the drill. After I jerked away a couple of times because she was being so ruff with the drill she ask does it hurt. Like girl duhhhhh! She switched drills then I once again asked her can you just use polish remover to take it off. She said no. And I continued telling her when she was hurting me until she was done. She was pushing hard with that drill. When she cut my cuticles she made me bleed twice!!!! She got even more rude when I asked her to cut my nails down. Rolling her eyes at me. She didn’t even file my nails after clipping them my thumb nail looked like the top of a stop sign. She never ask what length I wanted and I even showed her a pic of short nails. There was no language barrier she was talking to other ppl just not me which I’m okay with but at least listen. When I was finish I was so annoyed with the results but I just wanted to pay and leave as fast as possible. My cuticles where bleeding, gel was put on sloppy, and it is visibly lumpy! I went to pay thinking at least it’s over and I just won’t tip her (making sure to separate the mani pedi charges so the other lady gets the 30% tip) but this lady put me in for a gel take off when I told her multiple times I had regular polish on my nails. I told the manger it was wrong and he believed her. I just left cause I wasn’t about to argue with 3 ppl. I honestly do not recommend, you can have all the fancy things in that salon but invest in better customer service and workers that can do a simple gel manicure. The hand massage at the end was 15 seconds each hand and ruff she pulled each finger like she was trying to pop a knuckle which she did on a couple and rub some lotion. Like lady I could rub some lotion on my hands. If you do decide to go then pick a younger age tech. When I was sitting there doing nothing I was listening to them and they were so much nicer to there clients. Oh my friends were still in the salon when I left and they watched them talk about me as if I was the irritating problem. The photo were taken right after walking out of salon.

sonya steptoe I just moved to the area. Didn’t have a home nail/foot placed. I decided to try out Vivian’s spa and nail bar (Google) and my experience was one to remember. I was greeted with a smile, no waiting, shown to my seat and offered a beverage. My experience ended with a job well done. I never had my feet feel so revived. I definitely will be back.

Got a gel pedicure and dipping powder manicure with a natural gel polish finish, I was so impressed at the care and knowledge he has! He did such an amazing job and made sure everything was done to perfection! For the price and customer service that they give here alone, it is worth every penny! This is now my go to nail salon!!

Kyla Cornish I was referred to this place. I have come maybe four times. I am a healthcare worker in OR and I’m not aloud to have polish or nails longer than 2 inches. I wanted to try a powder nude color. Literally they did a cut down but my nails are already short and they put one layer of powder over my nails to keep them natural. They charged me 55 for my nails for a 25-30 dollar job. People get fake nails and gel polish for this price. It wasn’t worth it to me. I felt they took advantage of my profession cause they always ask what I do and charged me more. I got my toes done. I spent over 115 dollars and I do every time I go and I don’t get design or style. Plain hands. I’m going to stop getting my nails done possibly go somewhere else.

Melanie Sanchez Tranquility nails is where I get my nails, toes and eyebrows done. Been going for about a year now. I enjoyed not feeling pressured to get certain services. For instance, if I share that I dont want gel polish, thats respected. Emily is a phenomenal nail tech!! The nail salon itself is comfortable and cozy. They typically have calm/positive music with a wholesome show playing on the tv related to home/cooking. Theres a variety of refreshments, like coffee, margs, water, and Soda. Plus theres SO many (real) plants!! Which adds to the cozy vibes. Ive gone on nail dates with friends and Ive even seen people come with their boothangs its quite cute. As a tip, I would say that its best to book an appointment but theyre open to walk ins too. Just be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes.

Lauren Varley Came in as a walk-in, and had to get my nails redone after traveling. They did an amazing job filling and reshaping my nails, and were very very pretty. I had also advised that I had broken my foot a few weeks ago and it’s still a bit tender and they were SO gentle and accommodating to some of the restrictions. 10/10 will be coming back in a few weeks!

Angel Boucher I had a few things done, so Ill talk about each. Pedicure: I love that they have choices and options. Customers have a choice on what to add to their package. They did a great job on the pedicure. I went with no polish. Waxing: Great job! Fast, no pain, trimmed my eyebrows. She even showed me the after to show me how much she got off. Lol SNS Chrone: Heres where I lose points. I will say overall it was actually great. He listened to me wanting them super short. He did the shape amazing! They werent super thick. They felt light. I hate the feeling of gale nails, and these feel really good. The clean up was amazing! But theres two issues I had. I came in looking for a specific design. They said they could do it. When the time came, they didnt have the colors I wanted. So I was stuck with colors I never wanted. It wasnt even 24 hours when the chrome started falling off. I noticed some of the glue didnt stick too well to the nail. But Im personally fine with that because Im not a fake nail person. Ill post what I want versus what I got and the chipping. Overall, the service was good. If those two things couldve been prevented, it wouldve been a 5-star. It was over $200... so... The last picture is what I wanted...

Hannah Clarkson I cannot recommend Ivy enough. She did such an amazing job on my nails. I originally had an appointment scheduled for 4:30 but she let me come in early at 2! I am so in love with the work she did. Won’t be going to anyone else!

Serena Villanueva Honestly, the guy who did my nails was very friendly but probably shouldn’t be doing pedicures. I was there for 2.5 hours for just a pedicure. Not what you’re thinking either, I chose the cheapest option but add gel. Well it starts by getting cut by the clippers and bleeding. He then paints my nails pretty sloppy. Then goes in and files it down with the nail drill to clean up all the polish he got on my skin. Messed that up, so went back over it with more nail polish only to mess up again and drill the excess paint off with the drill. Then I guess he gave up and chose to lather them up with cuticle oil to cover up all the mess. I had to come home and remove gel polish from all around the nails. 10/10 would not recommend.

They took great care of my feet. they were super friendly and I am so grateful to have been pampered and taken well care of. The second time I went there was super recent it was at the end of March 2024. I went for a facial. The facial was really good. My face is starting to clear up a little bit now that it has been a few days. I feel like I got what I wanted for the price I paid. The pictures I added are of there little store per say that they have in there. It was cute and thought it deserved its own pictures

Adele O I used to go to H&M but now that I moved close to Nailicure I decided to try it. The place is clean and neat, the atmosphere is very calm and comfortable, people are nice , nail techs are knowledgeable. The first time I was offered a drink but not the 2 other times. I guess it depend on the nail tech. Its a little pricy but its totally worth it. I dont like getting a pedicure there because Im tall and the pedicure chairs are not comfortable . Ill totally go back for manicures.

Judy Veavea This place is very unsanitary and I dont know why its open. The work is unprofessional. I went to take my acrylics nails off and she didnt even soak it In acetone and tried to remove it with another dirty fake nails. And she almost removed my real nail and I started bleeding. So I asked her if she was going to to soak it and thats when she asked her conworker to get acetone but my nails are already ruined and bleeding. I hope I wont get an infection.

When you are cut, nail salon needs to take action and provide proper care. The most ironic part about this is that she knew I was cut the whole time!

The owner is from Eastern Europe and she had a very high-end manicure salon there, she brought the innovative techniques that dont ruin your nails and keep them healthy and looking unbelievably good. Ann Dz I had a wonderful experience at this establishment, where I was pampered by the friendly staff. I paid $120 for a full manicure and deluxe pedicure, which took approximately 90 minutes for both services. The salon offers complementary drinks and they seated me right away, which was a nice touch. I also appreciated the cleanliness and tidiness of the place; they disinfected the utensils for the pedicure before use, ensuring a hygienic environment. Both owners were actively working and providing excellent service to customers, making everyone feel at ease and comfortable. While I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side, they are comparable to what you find everywhere these days. Overall, this is definitely a spot I would revisit if Im ever in town again!

The salon was impeccably clean, and my nail technician, was incredibly friendly and skilled. She took her time to ensure my nails were perfectly shaped and the gel polish application was flawless. Ever nail technician there is skilled in their own right. I loved the wide selection of colors they offered, and the overall experience was very relaxing. I will definitely be returning for my next pedicure/manicure!"

Ellis T NEVER going back to this place. Employees were rude, wasted a lot of time talking and were not very nice. The guy who did my nails has done my nails before and he always rushes. he joked around and seemed friendly at first but, this time he was rude and made inappropriate perverted comments and even poked me on my side when I got up to wash my hands. I didnt want to react because I was already in the middle of getting my nails done. my nails are already starting to crack and fade after a few hours. The rose gold foil is already coming off. When I walked in 2 hours before closing, I was the only customer. I wanted a fill for my feet and a full set for my fingers. The guy insisted to do my feet at the table for manicures. It was so uncomfortable because my feet were on his lap and the LED lamp was on the floor under the table. The table itself was dirty and had some previous customers dirty cut nails on it. I get that they are trying to be friendly, but this was just plain rude, unpleasant, and nowhere near professional. The person who referred me to this place has also stopped coming here a few months ago, apparently for similar reasons. This place is horrible. A waste of time and money. The only decent person there is the lady that sits on the #4 table that did my nails the first time I went. She was very nice and professional and did a great job on my nails. She was the reason I referred people there. But because of this incident, Im never going back and so are the people I referred.
