Then I was greeted by the smiling, friendly, professional Receptionist. When we met Cathy and her Assistant, I was put at ease with their relaxed, friendly, but professional demeanor. I felt comfortable during the entire visit with Cathy’s examination and the examination by Dr. Jovanovic, that they really cared about solving my dental problems and were very knowledgeable about the plan forward. They both listened well and answered all of my questions. Also at checkout the young lady was very polite and courteous and quickly and efficiently provided us with our proposed treatment plan. Julie Bargar I enjoy the soothing atmosphere of the waiting area, even though I do not have to wait long. I have not met Dr. Carolyn as she was on maternity leave when I was first seen. However, the substitute dentist was very nice. As a matter of fact, the entire office is very nice and caring. I’ve been seen several times for a deep cleaning with Cathy and she always makes me feel very comfortable. We are moving on to a crown and a night guard for my next visit. I have been able to pick and choose what I want done after they make recommendations. Additionally, they are making my crown in their office so that I can have my tooth taken care of all in one day instead of multiple visits. I feel like this process also helps them with quality control. I do not have dental insurance and they give me a cash discount to help with costs. They may not be the cheapest dental office but they are the best.

Ace Anaya I called them mid morning because my crown had broken. I am a new patient. They got me in early the same afternoon and replaced my crown. Dr. and staff were very pleasant and professional. Crown looks great. Im very happy with my new dental office.

They offer you heated neck wraps to moisturizing hand masks while youre there! Dr. Huet and Dr. Moss go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied!!

This mother/daughter practice has been great to work with. The staff is friendly and efficient, and works with my insurance efficiently. I was to get an appointment the day after Christmas for a failed crown. Same day I was completely taken care of and left with a new crown that was created while I waited. Definitely would recommend this dental practice!

Danielle DeMaio Be careful, this is a very shady dentist. They will send you a bill and say you don’t have insurance when you do. Then you can’t get ahold of anyone and they will have strangers calling you to pay the bill. You can’t speak to anyone in the office over the phone and billing will hang up on you. There is no real person to speak to but they will try to scam you.

Michelle Thompson Office is nice, I just hate when I’m asked to feel out a questionnaire as a new patient and it’s clear the doctor never even reviewed it. Honestly didn’t discuss anything with me as a new patient, just that I was cavity free. Went back for a second visit, was surprised the doctor himself cleaned my teeth or should I say used the cavitiron for 5 min and called it good. And still did not bring up the fact I had indicated I was interested in implants as noted on my new patient forms. Also fist bumping a middle aged woman is just weird.

The staff there were very assuring that those numbers were greatly exaggerated, and they got to work on my teeth. I went from having my teeth covered in dirty black cavities, to perfectly straight and white teeth. 1488 Dental was the final solution for my toothaches and ensured a future for my white smile.

Isidoor Bool I went here a few years ago, recommended by my friend George who had a nasty infection in his gums and teeth, later spreading to his throat giving him difficulty breathing, apparently the infection took the knee when 1488 Dental took care of it. I think its a family owned business, started up back in the late 40s. Staff was very helpful in giving me the final solution to my own dental question. Teeth were as white as could be for a few years after, but some invasive brown issues have developed since then, when I went to see them again they said it was only natural, and that 50% of my issues were caused by the plaque covering 13% of my teeth. Regardless, the man with the funny hat told me that nothing was wrong, and it was only natural. Now my white mouth is being beaten and robbed by these black and brown stains. Hoping to visit another practitioner to get the problem gassed out and secure an existence and future for my white teeth. If I could rate lower I would, -109/110 stars.

Mi Di Staff is nice. Explanations of recommended treatment are good. The thing I will never like is being told before the appointment that insurance is covering the cleaning, but then they find that a "deeper cleaning is needed" and then suddenly youve got a pretty nice co-pay. Not a fan of that style. Otherwise, I will find another place and ask more questions in advance so Im not surprised about pricing during the visit.

Shontoyra Rayford Yesterday I had the most amazing experience at Conroe Dental Associates. I came in as a new patient walk in. They took me back right away. I explained to them my situation and concerns. They made accommodations for me so that I would be comfortable. They were very gentle and kind. I had a wisdom tooth pulled and have not been in any pain since then. They are a great group of people and will treat you like family.

My hygienist (Lisa) & Dr. Khong were very nice, easy to talk to & thorough in explaining my current dental health. Ill definitely recommend this facility to others!

Bonilla Nelson Disappointed with Billing Practices I visited North Loop Family Dentistry two years ago when I had good dental insurance. Before my appointment, I called to confirm the cost, and they ran my insurance. However, on the day of my appointment, I ended up paying nearly $350, and for my next visit, I paid almost $380. Now, two years later, I’ve received a bill for $450, which seems completely unreasonable. During my last visit, I explicitly asked if everything was covered before I left, and I was assured that it was. I trusted the staff’s confirmation and never returned to their office. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional to now be charged additional fees after I’ve already paid what I was told was the full amount. I won’t be paying this extra charge, as I’ve already settled my bill in full based on the information provided at the time. This billing situation has left me very dissatisfied with their practices, and I won’t be returning in the future.

I made an appointment and descibed my struggle to keep my teeth. He listened sympathetically and vowed to support me, and we made a plan. A week later, I had my teeth cleaned, several teeth filled, and two teeth crowned, all on the same day! He and his staff made me feel so comfortable and confident that the time passed quickly. Jeff Montgomery Montgomery comprehensive is simply that, comprehensive. I was impressed from moment one with booking, but my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Office is beautiful. They gave me an in depth tour the very first time I came in, explaining all they do, showing their facility and introducing me to plenty of staff. I came in for a cleaning but truly found the dentist I will use forever. The team is thorough with their imaging, cleaning, and additional services. To date (about 4 months), they have fixed a crown and I am using their expertise to help me with sleep apnea. Most importantly, I am sleeping so much better, as I am not snoring (my wife thanks you) and I feel much more rested. To say I’m impressed is an understatement.
