Yenifer Gomez I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon went in on dec 30th with my mom and less than 1 week my nails came off lady said they did a good job and said maybe it was my natural nail oil she said she would give me a discount meaning I will pay only half I said no also they don’t clean your cuticle or the nails bed good this has never happened to me before

Ayman Said So nice and friendly. Very clean place French tips for the first time lol dont mind the stains thats from my coconut oil.

Ms. Nae Worst experience ever. This my second time going back in years, and I’m never ever going back again. I don’t think some of them know how to do certain nails, and also they are disrespectful, especially to BLACK RACE cause I’m BLACK and I felt the disrespect the whole time. They also want you to spend more money, when u told them exactly what u want. Not satisfied at all.

Char Morrison I have used this nail salon for 2 years and they are usually reasonable priced, however today. I usually get gel or powder nails, eyebrow wax, and pedicure with tips on both big toes & designs for $110. Today, I only got the powder nails, was and pedicure without the tips & design AND they still charged me $110!! Why? I asked why was it $110 today and they acted like they didnt understand what I was asking. I told them I didnt get what I usually get, so why is it still $110? Well, since they want to play with my money like that, I need to move around. I dont have a complaint about the quality of the services, they do an AWESOME job, however you not gone change prices for your convenience. NEW SALON IT IS.

Debra Johnson I wish I had read reviews first. I used their services three times, two times too many. Unknown to me is why a business (one on every corner) who “should” want a loyal customer base is so openly rude to their customers. I read a couple of bad reviews from black women who felt they were being discriminated again. I am white and strongly felt the verbal insults they shared toward me in their native language. So very rude to loudly chit/chat and laugh with each other when the service is such an intimate service, and I was just there for a relaxing mani/pedi. I tipped well too. Even the very last time. Don’t waste your time and money.

Karen Davis My experience was excellent Kira is awesome and very knowledgeable about her craft, she is very professional and passionate about her work. My toe nail was dead came right off and she reconstructed it and now it’s growing back healthy. I’m gonna continue my foot journey with no else but her.

Kim Smart Kira is the most knowledgeable, compassionate and particular tech I’ve ever had work on my toenails. She diagnosed me correctly pincer vs ingrown. The applied the band across my nail to assist in straightening my nail. She suggested an at home treatment as well. In a months time, the progress is astounding! Thank you Kira and I can’t wait til our next visit❣️

Kimberly Hayes I’ve been coming here since 2021 and while we are still working 1 particular toe, I feel confident in wearing sandals now. I have toenail fungus horribly on my feet. Kira has helped restore the color in my toes and no longer deal with ram horn toenails. She is professional, understanding, and passionate about what she does. I highly recommend!

Johanna Menendez I was very hesitant to come in as it’s been years since I went to a nail salon as u usually do my own nails but I wanted to do dip powder on my nails. So I came two weeks ago and they did a really good job my nails did not come off and I saw so much growth in those two weeks that I needed to redo them. I came in yesterday and they literally removed the old dip and started fresh again he listened to me when I said I wanted to keep the length of my natural nails and I did not see any damage on my nails specially no “rings of fire” for the dip is $40 plus the tip which I think is really worth it.

Danajah Barrios The nail techs here are true artists they take their time to make sure every detail is perfect, and my nails came out absolutely stunning! The dip powder method is flawless. If you’re looking for a nail salon that combines great customer service, attention to detail, and a relaxing atmosphere, this is the place to go. Highly recommend! Trust me I’ve been coming here for three years now.

Jessica Rodriguez The employees were nice but the outcome of my nails was horrendous. I had glue all over my fingers and they charged me $5 extra dollars for coffin shape. I don’t mind paying but if you’re already charging me $25 for the nails (And their bad) why would you charge more for a shape. Also waited till the last minute to tell me it was extra. The paint job was not good. I needed up with bubbles and smears. My index finger nails is super crooked. The acrylic doesn’t even end at my nail bed it goes over to my skin and on the sides of my fingers. Payed $35 for a nail set that started breaking off and chipping after 2 days. Not acceptable. Yes you get what you payed for but I’ve payed less for nails that look 5x better than these. Never going here again. They just care about getting the customer in and out as fast as possible and getting payed.

Shelli White I am actually shocked by how low the reviews are. I finally found the perfect place where they actually listen to how I wanted my nails done and they did it. I didnt have to go home and finish shaping my nails. Besides that it was amazing to be able to have a great conversation with them. As people were coming in they knew everyones name. It was like a big family. And when I got the organic pedicure. That was amazing. The warm neck pillow felt great. The place was clean and beautiful and very welcoming.

P S I came in for the first time today for a pedi & mani. I had a great experience. I did not catch the young lady & her mothers name, but they were wonderful. I was indecisive on options for my nails regarding shape, gel or no gel, etc but they both did a great job explaining/ recommending the best outcome. My nails & toe nails feel & look amazing, great vibes, clean salon. I will definitely be back & highly recommend. Thank you so much ladies!!

Monica Gamboa I just wanted to share the great experience that I had at J Nails in Garland. Lin did my nails and let me just tell you, she did an amazing job on my nails! I wanted Christmas designs on my nails and I was incredibly shocked on the patience and work she did. All the nail techs there were very sweet and had beautiful personalities. I’m a very happy customer and will definitely come back!!

Lauren Long I have very weak nails and unhealthy cuticles (I work in healthcare and have to constantly sanitize my hands) so getting manicures of any kind is always a little stressful but wow!! I saw Tracy here and she took such great care of my nails! The dip set I got was skillfully perfected into the smoothest, most delicate and balanced set I think I’ve ever had. The shape is perfect and she edited to my exact needs!

Kaylie Sebring I refuse to go anywhere else since finding Michele Nails. Ive recently moved to Rowlett, and still make the drive to come here. Their customer service is outstanding, better than anywhere else! Every single employee lve had has been amazing and so sweet! They all go above and beyond, without having to ask. The atmosphere is relaxing and they even offer complimentary drinks. If youre looking for a new regular nail salon, this is the place!

Stefani Wickersham Wonderful customer service and beautiful work! My daughter and I walked in for the first time today and everyone was very friendly. I’ve only gotten my nails done a few times but the last place did not do a good job. I showed Adam and he said that they would take care of me and they did! My nails turned out beautiful and so much better! Adam did my daughter’s nails and she loved it too. Ann took care of me and she was so detailed and made sure that my nails were smooth and even! Plus they have Leo! The sweetest little boy ever! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this salon!

Timakayah Nataki Perfect pedicure experience. Came in early on Sunday, immediately got in a chair. French tip design was perfect, workers were very nice and honest. I got a tropical pedicure with a gel French tip that came out to $70, I added a $10 tip. Will be back.

Lexie Navarro This is my favorite place to get my nails done. The staff is very friendly and professional. I especially like taking my mother here. Lilian Nakibuuka I have never written a review on any business, but the way I feel right now is painfully terrible. I am still packed outside this salon in a lot of pain. This old woman, cant even remember her name has tried to get my old dip manicure off and she was using a tool to just pull them off, it was too painful I screamed and asked if there is any other way, instead of answering or saying sorry, she just went ahead to talk to her colleague in their language, not even caring. So I slowly got up and moved out to my car before I found myself crying in front of these 2 arrogant women.

Ashley N So I came to this nail spot for the first time ever. Once i stepped in I got seated it was nice I asked for a full mani, the boss lady? I’m guessing kept asking me to get my toes done x3 and i started to feel obligated to do it. So I did plus she said it was a deal 30 for 30. She had 3 lady’s on me doing nails and toes. How is it that the nails still didn’t get a Decent look. Please if you’re not a “regular” please be aware of how it might be.

Mendoza C Wina is the best pedicurist I have ever met. She has done my pedicures for years. She is the best, her shop is very nice and clean. She is professional. She does excellent work. Also she is very sweet and funny at all the time. Highly recommend.

Veronica Hernandez They werent busy so I go in to remove my nails only. I quickly get seated and a worker brings me the warm acetone bath. I soak my hands and she decided to give someone a pedicure the entire time Im there. I dont know about anyone else, but I dont like soaking my hands in acetone for over 10 minutes. I was there for 30 minutes, not being waited on. They talk a bit and the last checks on my hands and I guess said they were good. I go wash my hands. And they end up charging me $10 for an acetone bath. Didnt cut my nails, polish them as in making sure the dip was off completely. Nothing. What a waste. I will not be returning here

Rita V I’ve been coming to this place for almost 10 years! Emily does an amazing job each and every time, matches any nail inspo I provide. However even when making an appointment she is never able to see me on time, definitely over booked. There is always a wait time. This past time I went I waited 45 minutes, even with an appointment. My refill nails were rushed because there were other ladies waiting and these pictures are proof of it, ended up with a fungus. So upset this happened, unfortunately will not be going back.

Esmeralda highly recommend Hannah. i was told to go to her by my friend and Hannah did not disappoint. she is quick but precise. i will be coming back for Hannah to do my nails. i did have to wait 2 hours but i don’t mind because it’s good work and price is good! 5 stars

Rachelle Awful and over priced. I ended up spending $80 on a set which was ridiculous to begin with but I said Ill just do it this one time since i was going on a special trip. 3 days later they started popping off. When I got back in town 6 days later from getting them done I went in and they fixed the 7 of 10 nails that popped up. The very next day they were up again and I called where they told me I would just need to pay for a new set. I was like seriously, they didnt even last 2 weeks. She said we only guarantee for one week. I will not be going back. I told my daughters and they said thats why they stopped going there. They charge too much and they dont last at all.

Kala Byrum I actually thought everyone was really great when I first walked in explaining I was bringing my daughter in for her homecoming, and she was getting her hair fixed next door. I got a pedicure, which was great! Then my daughter walks in and everything changed. The man doing my toes did hers and was extremely rough with her feet to the point we all were watching to see what was happening. He took the toe holder off my toes to put on her toes directly off my feet. A lady asked about my nails and I said yes but I rather yall start on my daughter since she’s the priority. Everyone proceeded to be as slow as possible and 3 and a half hours later they accomplished 2 pedicures and one set of nails. People came in after and got their nails done while I sat in a chair waiting. I wish I could say it was miscommunication but I continuously stressed the importance of us being out quickly and was told her nails would take 45 min. Well fast forward to now, she is late to her homecoming and finally getting dressed leaving me time to write this review. It’s sad for such great work there’s no actual care for the people. Especially when I said repeatedly it was a special occasion and we’re in a rush. If they were honest, we could’ve just left and painted ourselves. It unfortunately felt intentional.

Yunique Carmichael The only reason I’m ok with one star is because my feet was soft and the pedicure was nice. However I went to get my nails done for New Year’s Eve and I got a full short set and a simple pedicure for $100! I told them I wanted French tip and white toes not ont was the shape of my nails horrible and uneven but my toes was bad too. I had to reshape my nails when I got home and my toes are so bad they are not fixable. I wasn’t going to leave a review seeing that this was a last minute one time thing because I have a actually nail tech but THEN Jan 6 my account goes into the negative $100 because my account was charged, refunded, and charged again! Like whyyyyyy would yall refund the money instead of just KEEPING IT! now I’m missing money that I absolutely need at this moment because they don’t know how to do business. If I could dispute this charge I would! 0/10 recommend!

Michelle They are so nice here and treated me like I belonged. The nail tech was very good and I’m very satisfied with my nails. I have been going to them off and on since I was in high school. I just moved back to DFW after being away 10 years and I can say they are the best in the south Garland area hands down for making you feel welcome and appreciated. Thank you.
