Celine Chabolla Its best if you know spanish there are only a few that are biligual. Im mostly satisfied with the cut but it was exactly what i asked for. Other than thatn music in background was good, not to loud. Clean with good lighting. Friendly and not to chatty.

Fernanda So I came to this place to have my hair dyed in a brownish grayish color BUT the guy that did my hair, nuh uh. When he finished, you could barely see the work he did. You can only see the color in the sun. It looked fadely red when I asked for a light brown AND I JAD MULTIPLE PICTURE REFERENCES. I called the next day and they said that the picture I showed that he couldnt see the color. The owner told me she could personally redo my hair but would have to charge me again because of bleach. I will only go to this place for a haircut and ONLY with Norma. She cuts hair REAL good. Nothing else. If you want to dye your hair go somewhere else.

Kris Harvey Village on the Green Apts are very modern and safe! I love the living quarters, from the sizes of the living and bedrooms! This is a lovely and comfortable place to reside! And with the convenience of having a Big Shopping Mall in walking distance, Hair Salon, and Nail Salon, Drug Store! Totally Awesome!!!

Zarna Bambhroliya For someone having a short haircut for the first time. I was too nervous about it. She made me very comfortable and gave a beautiful haircut that too very quickly. It was my first time at this salon as well but worth ht money. Recommending 100%

In my opinion there is no one better than Dina for color and Carly, well she is just amazing with my blow drys and styling plus she does awesome cuts. I absolutely love this salon. Megan Tiffany is a miracle worker! I used very pink splat dye on my hair (shameful, I know) and she managed to get it out with little-to-no damage so I didn’t look like a mess for my best friend’s wedding! Reasonably priced as well!

She communicated with me before my appointment to make sure we were on the same page, she really took her time making sure every step of the color process was perfect, her prices were very reasonable, and i have EPIC haircolor. Daisey Lane My mom came in from out of town and Hanna was able to squeeze her in right before Mothers Day. Amazing job as always, with so much care. My mother loved her hair and absolutely raves about Hanna. This is my go to shop and I will be staying for years to come. I wanted something different for Valentines Day and booked a balayage with Christie. She colored my hair exactly as I envisioned. Super talented ! Staff is always super friendly and the customer service is spot on. I am always immediately greeted and offered a beverage. Service is always timely and I am not kept waiting which is super important for me.

Pinaki Shaw Got a partial balayage done here with no bleaching and got amazing results. Huge shout out to Ashley for doing such an amazing job. She did a trial on my hair and gave me all the info to make a decision of what I would like to go with. She made sure I felt comfortable and had a good time. The vibe of the place is amazing - good music, lots of natural light and soooo many plants!! First time ever leaving a salon with a long appointment and not feeling tired. Definitely recommend.

With my natural darker brown hair, I’ve had times when getting blonde in my hair it was just breaking off and short lived. I also got a halo extension for my wedding to give me the little extra confidence and she matched the color perfectly! She is magical and highly recommend.

melon v. I had a great experience here with Sofie and her crew! I got full highlights, color, and a haircut done with Sofie. She followed my directions and hair vision amazingly. I am so happy with the results (cherry red highlights throughout my black hair). Sofie and her crew are super friendly and knowledgeable, telling me honestly what works and what wont. Her prices are reasonable and the quality of her work is commendable. My hair is on the drier/coarser side so I appreciated that she put some oil in my hair after dyeing to help with hydration. I highly recommend getting your hair done with Sofie! I saw they also were doing hair perms with other clients while I was there so I may come back to get a perm done by Sofie too!!

Holly Smoot I had an amazing experience at La Maison today where I had an all-natural scalp detox plus cut and style. They took the time to really listen, address any questions or concerns and recommend options and products to help. Amosphere is very relaxing and spa-like and stylists are friendly and extremely talented. Results were fantastic and left feeling and looking years younger!

L Smith I have been in Dallas for 3 years and have been through over 10 salons looking for the one. This could be it. Jamie is very nice and offers a consultative style. She saw me at night and she and her assistant must have been tire but they were very kind and open. I received top-notch service and a darn good haircut. My hair actually looks nice. I hope I didnt offend you by putting a hat on. It was soooo cold. I took it off right away when I got home and the curls were perfect!!!

Tanya Jamie is the best! She knows hair better than anyone. The salon is not only beautiful, but a pleasant, cheerful, place to relax. I highly recommend La Maison Salon. I will never go anywhere else again.

Charity Harris Noell is a highly professional stylist who is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I don’t understand why her rating is so low—she is absolutely a great communicator and an excellent hairstylist!

Kyle Kirwen Payment is required upfront, which felt wild to me and set the tone for an already uncomfortable appointment. I was 5 minutes late, which visibly upset her. I told her I didn’t want to do a balayage anymore because we hadn’t started off well and I was apologetic for being late, but she insisted since she’d booked me for 4 hours, making me feel obligated. We spent over 10 minutes discussing the price, which ended up being over $100 more than advertised. I admitted I couldn’t leave much gratuity due to the cost, and by then, I was already on the verge of tears. During the appointment, her comments—flattery mixed with judgment—made it worse. While my hair processed, she used metal clips and placed me under a dryer, despite warning me earlier to avoid heat tools. After 20 minutes, she turned up the heat, and my scalp felt on fire. I begged her to remove the clips, but she brushed it off, saying it was “just speeding up the process.” When she finally removed them, the clips were so hot she nearly dropped them. My scalp was burned, and my sister later had to pick out bits of melted PLASTIC and skin. (She also used plastic instead of foil which was very unusual) (See picture) I asked for a full, very light, almost platinum blonde balayage. I got a partial, uneven, yellow-orange bleach job starting halfway down my roots. Luckily, I’ve already booked a color correction who confirmed this was not even close to the result I asked for. If you’re curious, find me on Instagram—I’ll send you the reference photo. (It was my first balayage, done beautifully by the @ColorbyCarlos. I didn’t upload it here to avoid misattributing his work.) I only booked with her because she was the only last-minute option available. Now I know why.. The cut- actually was not bad surprisingly because she parted my hair in what is the worst middle part I’ve ever seen a stylist do. (See picture) At the end, she asked if I wanted it curled or left as is—even though styling was included in the package. I just wanted to leave. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, but this experience was upsetting enough to share. EDIT: Regarding the owner’s response— Yes, she burned me—that is a fact. And if she prefers plastic over foil, fine. But plastic melts under high heat, which it did…into my scalp. She also needs to stop saying “we.” It’s just her in that salon. There’s nothing wrong with that, but when it’s time to take accountability, she hides behind “we” to deflect blame. Lastly, she claims there is “no pleasing this client.” Feel free to check my review history. I’ve only ever left 5-star reviews except for this one. I generally avoid confrontation, so I don’t enjoy leaving this review—especially for a fellow self-employed woman. She clearly has happy returning clients, and that’s great. But when faced with a bad experience, she jumps to defense instead of making it right. That’s not the kind of business I’d ever return to.

Tricia Galvez I went today after I took my mom, they did such a great job so I was like okay let me give them a shot. I grew my hair out for two years for the stylist to ruin it. She cut it so short, Im beyond mortified. I understand that the haircut will never look exactky like the picture but damn she just mutilated my hair. I walked to my car in tears. Never again.

Julio Hernandez Im being completely honest with my review. I recently wanted to cut my hair which Ive been looking forward to and that I have been growing out for about 3 months for a particular hairstyle. When I arrived there I asked for a low fade but was disappointed when she ended up giving me an exaggerated high fade which completely ruined the hairstyle I was looking for, which really made me upset. I would not recommend this place at all if you have your hopes up. Apparently they dont know a LOW fade from a HIGH fade? Completely unprofessional.
