Callie Halstead I just got my hair done by stylist Jorge and WOW!!! There aren’t enough stars for me to give him He was WONDERFUL!! He really took the time explaining what he was going to and made sure I was comfortable at all times! I’ve been going to locations for years to get my hair colored but I will go ONLY to him now!! Hold onto him Ulta because I’d follow him anywhere!! I told he’s my new best friend. My hair looks and feels great! All the staff was very nice and helpful but Jorge is the BEST!!!

Ayron Stinson I had the pleasure of working with Sarah today. I do not wear make up. However, I have a very big event on Monday and I feel like it is appropriate. I walked in and told Sarah that I had no makeup, whatsoever. I did not give her a budget. I simply told her the situation and she listened to me. She did not try to sell me anything That I didn’t need. In fact, I walked out of there with six items and felt more beautiful in 20 minutes with her than I have in a very long time. Sarah, I want to thank you very much for spending some time with me today and for listening. Ulta this girl needs a raise.

Brittany Andress Like all ladies and gentlemen, I had full intentions of walking in to Ulta for 2 things. I don’t think I need to state the obvious, but I ended up spending a lot of money and as opposed to 20 minutes, I was in there over an hour and a half! Ricky definitely needs a raise. He helped me out so much. He was so kind. He didn’t make me feel like I was annoying him by asking him questions. The best experience shopping at Ulta that I’ve ever had. I filled my bag up with Christmas gift sets not just one or five like 10 of them lol. When I came to the register and realized how much I put in my bag, I felt like a pain in the butt because Ricky had already rang me up, but he was more than helpful with, taking products off the ticket so I could be on the dot with the amount of money that I could spend. he never once got annoyed with me, just so very helpful! I think that Ricky was the most helpful, genuine, kindest, and honestly straight up human being I’ve ever met. Thank you, Ricky! - Brittany Granbury TX Location

Lanie Plumlee My eyebrows are entirely way too thin and extremely uneven. My reason for coming here was the fact that I have been doing my own eyebrows and they seemed uneven to me (not majorly but enough to where I noticed). I let her know that and she took it upon her self to thin them out extremely thin and make the unevenness 100 times worse. I have never been so unhappy with a service in my life. I burst into tears in the shop and still had to pay. One of my eyebrows is way higher than the other one and I genuinely look like I am suspicious all the time. The front of both brows are two completely different shapes and I also cannot understand why the brows are thinner at the front then get bigger towards the end. The line was added to show how uneven they are and I also added a picture of what my eyebrows looked like before. I was not asked if I am okay with thinning them, changing the shape, or really anything. Beyond disappointed.

paola cruz I only trust her with my eyebrows—she has an incredible eye for detail and knows exactly what suits my face. Every time I go, she makes me feel comfortable and cared for. Its not just about getting my brows done, its the whole experience—relaxing, professional, and always with a personal touch. She’s truly the best!

C. Wood Ila is the best in the business when it comes to threading! She takes time to make sure the shape of your brow is perfect. She also is very good at matching the color you want that will look great on you if you want tinting. I’ve been to other places, and they just run you through as fast as they can; you get a different shape every time, but not with Ila, she’s amazing! I highly recommend this business. The salon is very clean also which is always good!

Delilah Balatti Billie was absolutely amazing! She created a comfortable environment and was super friendly, making the waxing experience fun and lighthearted! 100% would recommend if you are looking to get waxed!!

Jordan Staggs This is such a cute studio and truly a one-stop-shop. The location is super convenient but slightly away from the chaos of the square. Billie made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the whole process. Ill definitely be back to try more services!

Express Printing These ladies know how to do hair! You cant go wrong going here. Laura, Maggie, and Shawna will make you look and feel like a million bucks. I wont go anywhere else. Absolutely LOVE this shop. Highly recommend.

Jessica Ortega-Higdon Love this salon! All the ladies there always do an amazing job! I personally have frequented Laura for my hair needs for 5 years now and shes awesome! Cut, color, style.... she can fix you up! Heck she actually takes care of all the hair needs of my entire family! I highly recommend you stop by and give these ladies a try, if you havent already!

cheryl miller I cannot say enough about Hillary! There needs to be more than 5 stars for her! I have found my forever injector! The knowledge and passion she has for her career is nothing I have ever experienced before! From the moment you meet her, you know without a doubt you are in the BEST hands. Lanita Perry Daphne and all of the staff are very knowledgeable about the chemistry of hair care, such as what makes it healthy, thicker and shiny looking. Also knowledgeable about the cut that fits the hair/head/face. She also suggests products to use at home for hair care. Great place!

Charlotte Musgraves Appointment was spot on. Boyfriend was okay with his , but he’s picky . I usually take him with a grain of salt . Love my trim and layers .

Samantha Pane I recently went and had a blowout here. They used great products and the salon was cute and well thought out. My hair looked and felt incredible! I highly recommend going to see these sweet ladies for your hair and spray tan needs. I will absolutely go back and love that they offer both package deals and single services. The prices are very reasonable and I was so happy with the service!

Jody McGinn I had such a fantastic experience here! I went in for a blowout and spray tan, and both services exceeded my expectations. Churee and Violet were super friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. My blowout turned out absolutely gorgeous— and it lasted for days. As for the spray tan, it was incredibly natural-looking with no streaks or orange tint—just a flawless, sun-kissed glow. The salon itself is clean and chic, and a place I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend if you want to look and feel your best!

Kim Affonso First of all, this was my first time doing a spray tan! Wasn’t sure what to expect, but the staff were so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Staff provided specific before/after directions that were very easy to follow! So if you’re looking for a local spray tan, give them a try….you will not be disappointed! Kristi Cates Visited this salon for the first time New Years Eve after coming highly recommended by family members for years. Libby is highly professional and really takes the time to consult on the best cut for my face shape and image. She did a great job and I will definitely see her again when Im in town. She is worth the 3 hour drive from Austin!

NC Libby is one of the best colorist that I have ever been to! Blended, natural, perfect! And it was my first visit. My skim trim was exactly asked. Making my second appointment

ND I am a retired hairdresser so when I say that Libby is really a talented, accomplished, artistic cutter and colorist...you can believe me. She knows what shes doing and (one of the assests I think is most valuable) she listens. Enough said.
