Mark Cruz I had seen this campus before but never went on the actual campus. I called the library to see if there was a textbook that they might have for a class that I’m taking at another university. The lady was helpful and was able to find me one of the books that I could use. So we went to the campus today. It was a nice campus and looked like a good place to attend and makes you feel like you’re at home. Overall I would attend this college for further education or certifications.

J. C. Yes, this college is prejudiced. I was in line behind white people when registering for classes and the lady was helpful with the other white people in front of me, but when I was next she was rude, ugly, and hateful with me and didn’t want to help me. And the head of nurses eduction was the same way. I felt sad discriminated against and scared with their hateful attitudes and words. I never attempted school again after that, and it was very clear to me that they didn’t want me there or to succeed at anything! Not wasting my money on education anymore! And no one to defend you or do anything about it when you report it! No one cares, wouldn’t recommend this college, unless you’re white of course! I was never able to find my nursing classes because only ugliness and no help! Waste of time and money!

Henry Wifa Quiet facility on the northwest campus and the dental assistants are very cordial, courteous and friendly with most being bilingual. Highly recommended.

Michelle Quintana The ladies that run the show are friendly enough. The problem is being able to catch the ONE lady youre supposed to pay your rent to. She is NEVER there! However...she is friendly if you can catch her. Even dropping your rent off in the box does not mean your rent is paid. I dropped mine off on the 31st and they didnt check the box. Guess who got fees? Also, if youre not a mouse friendly person, this is not the place for you. There is an infestation. When you move in the place IS immaculate, which is a plus for them.

Brian I like that the college offers so many different technical programs. Thats really good because we need technicians and other vocationally trained people in the labor market. But, the campus is run down and needs some serious investment. Its on the old Air Force Base and its age shows. The grounds could be so much more but the college doesnt seem to care to do anything with it. Theres just tons of empty space and rundown buildings around.

Sher M The East Campus of Amarillo College specializes in technical education. Things like welding, diesel, automotive repair and collision repair, truck driving, electrical, machining, aerospace. A person can learn the skills for a career in as little as one semester.

Debbie Collier Dr Seigler is simply the best. Gary has received great care. Dr Seigler is a great communicator and it is exceptionally obvious that he cares about his patients. We feel very fortunate to have him as Gary’s doctor.

Leanda Gomez Good service when you get flu shot here. Im sure its also the same for other vaccines. Friendly and quick service. :)

Joe Thacker Excellent place to get your teeth cleaned and checked. The students and instructors are really nice. The instructor was super knowledgeable and smiled when she talked to you making you feel comfortable. I will go back!

Natalie Apolinar They have allowed a student, currently enrolled in the nursing program, to continue to go to classes, go to clinical sites in the public of Amarillo around babies, kids and your family and loved ones. All in a WTAMU nursing scrubs. WTAMU was made aware that this individual had a closed cps case with findings of abuse of injury to a child, they still allowed him to continue to school. The individual bragged about being able to go to school still. This individual was arrested for injury to a child. The child was 5 years old. Amarillo be wary as WTAMU allows people to have these arrests and still go around to Amarillo sites and allow them around your loved ones. Be safe Amarillo . Ethen Rattana is still a current nursing student with WTAMU

Brandon Chavez I got my CDL A from the truck driving school here. The teachers are really nice and helpful. Even though I was young and had my doubts the teachers where always there to keep pushing me forward to graduate.

Donn Wallis PHENOMINAL-This man and his surgical team were absolutely incredible. They diagnosed my son very quickly after BSA had sent him saying he had a virus, turns out he needed emergency surgery! After the surgery Dr. Galvin came and spoke with my older son and myself and his demeanor was just fantastic, very caring doctor. Dr. Galvan you are AWESOME!
