Christi M I came here with a friend whose daughter was having a small group of kids for a swim party. She had called and asked all questions well in advance. No one knows what the heck is going on at this front desk, even the most BASIC questions, they dont know. Each person has a different answer. They lost an hour of party time because they took so long to get everyone checked in and then proceeded to say the pool actually closed 30 minutes earlier than shes been told. After seeing the chaos I could never recommend this place for anything.

Crissy Pollina Just dropped my girls off for a get together there that had previously been paid for by the mother of the child having the event. We were treated like a complete inconvenience by all people at the front desk. They were rude and dismissive especially when she tried to charge me for day passes and the event had already been paid for. Then when I tried to text the lady who had left our names at the desk to be let in now all the sudden I didn’t need to purchase a day pass. She then checked us in but was very rude about it. Then just stood there for a while talking to coworkers and goes “that’s it” Like I was supposed to know she was done. I was considering a membership for the summer since we just moved here but will find somewhere else to take my kids. You should too. This is not it. This was at 6pm 5/16/25.

Emily Elmore I can not speak highly enough of the staff and quality of care my son receives at the Learning Express! They helped potty train my son super fast and I’m constantly amazed at the things he’s learning. Everyone there knows my son and interacts with him well. I never have to wonder if he’s being properly cared for and I have no doubt that when my new baby is born he’ll receive the same excellent care. My son has learned that the director has little chocolate coins in her desk and she’s always so happy to give him one when he asks. She’ll even run to the front if she hears him leaving so he can get one. He asked her for marshmallows and she made a note to get him some. Knowing your child is being left in such great care sure makes it easier to leave them to go to work.

Sandy Benitez Was at the splash pad in athens saw a teacher smack a little kid on the leg cause he did not put his does on. He was metally challanged I am sure the parents of the child would not be happy at all.

Snap I love the teachers they are great and awesome with my son but I dont agree with waking up my new born to move him to another room so teachers can go to lunch they should have some one to relieve them with out disturbing my childs routine. I also dont find it fair that my son has to be in a bouncer or swing all day unless the bigger kids are eating or sleeping because he has to be in the bigger kids room since they are low staffed right now and if he gets floor time with the bigger kids they will crawl or walk all over him. There is a reason there are diffrent age rooms so the little ones can learn to crawl and use their motor skills but that cant happen if they are not able to play on the floor. My son shouldnt get less of an oppruitinuy just because a teacher is out. I understand babies get sick in daycare but if the younger ones are kept away from the bigger kids they have more time to build an immune system my son however is not getting that chance. I wish the management would get with the program and hire more staff because the teachers are doing there best with what they have to work with. And maybe the daycare should invest in new toys so the kids are not playing with stuff held together by tape or so the swings and bouncers work. I just bring my own so I know my son will be in something working, since he has to be in it most of the day with the big kids. But to end it on a great note the teachers love their kids and love to play and teach them I couldnt ask for a better staff to watch my son.
