Blessing This is a horrible place when I was in there. As a child, they would not release me from the age of 13 till I was 21. Because my home when it get approved. They segregated me in a cell 5 by 10 only fed us through the door left me in a paper gown. Freeze and code I would turn blue whalery day. They will take my blanket in my mattress at 5 in the morning and not give it back to 8 PM. If I spoke to other kids next door through the vent they would come pepper spray me They would only let us out for 3 minutes every other day to take a shower When I got out at the age of 21 I did not know how to read or even how to count change I didnt know multiplication or division. When I was released I have nobody to go home to I didnt have food or clothes. I was out in the streets trying to figure out a way how to survive. I didnt trust adults I was scared of cops. This place is a demonic place for children I was blessed to go and be transferred to another TYC facility But I was still in the custody til i was twenty one I got transferred to golf coast trade center. There they taught me Skills to get a job. I even had a teacher that taught me. It was OK to like adults and not all of them would abuse me.

kierstyn clemons The middle school yearbook teacher, I have no words for what she is. Cold, uncaring … my child is not in the yearbook at all. I called to ask how this could happen, couldn’t or wouldn’t answer me and just wanted me off the phone. Didn’t ask for my name or number. I’m so very disappointed.
