She works for the public & is VERY rude, unprofessional & just snotty. No other way to put it. I usually try to give people the benefit of the doubt. But Michelle & other people that work FOR this county will treat you as if you’re beneath them & the criminal when you’re just a family member or someone trying to help an inmate. So unbelievable. This county in general has been like something out of a horror story to TRY to work with.

Too busy for even some advice on a settlement. Says hes Christian but i would have expected more understanding from a whole hearted Christian man.

Lesley Darner Hired for a child support/ custody case. After a $3,000 retainer, $700 mediation, and another $1,400+ bill, I had to personally take my paperwork to the office of the Attorney General to establish child support payments. Mediation was in March 2017, and here it is February of 2018. He did not want to be confrontational with the other attorney, so he didn’t push for anything that I was asking for. Being a young woman who put her trust in his hands, hired to advise her, was my mistake. The attorney-client agreement is eloquently written and very deceiving. He did not keep in touch, he’s not usually at the office, and charges for phone calls to you if you do not answer. (The one he did make) During our discussions, I noticed he liked to raise his voice as an intimidation tactic. To me! No thank you! NOT the kind of attorney that needs to be hired by women. If he would have spoken with the other attorney the way he was speaking to me, I’m sure I would have been semi satisfied with his services. As it so happens he didn’t. Wasted time and money. Look elsewhere. On a lighter note, he has a wonderful secretary.

I found this listing for Richard and Leslie Banks and went on the website and filled out a request to speak with an attorney. I received a call from Mr. Banks that very day and we spoke about my concern and of the older case. He took down my number and told me without hesitation he would call me back and within a half hour I was notified I no longer need to be concerned, my case had been dropped. Paul Trowe From my first photo call with this attorney he was rude and extremely condescending. He asked me who else I was talking to about representing me and then told me "call me after youre done talking to those other lawyers, I dont audition. I told him on his website he says each person gets a free evaluation, to which he replied "I lied". I decided to hire him after his rude and condescending attitude because I felt he could do a good job irrespective of his personality quirks. When I called to tell him Id like to hire him I told him one of the pro-cannabis lobbying groups would be willing to talk to the press and make this a high profile case if he thought it would help. He then replied with "Im not taking your case, youre too weird and youre going to be too much trouble." Im planning on filing a complaint with the Texas Bar Association and anyone else hes affiliated with. His arrogance was extremely off putting and out right insulting.
