Myrrah Slay I gave the two stars generously, because we won the case. However it would’ve been 5 stars if I would’ve been able to get ahold of him regarding my court papers for child custody. It seemed after we won the case that his communication and his paralegals communication lacked big time. I didn’t get a draft to look over before he decided to sign my court documents. It went from no communication to boom I don’t have the Energy to debate with you right now….. I’ve never in my life heard a lawyer say that to someone. Especially a person that paid them 9,000 to cover a case after already paying 5,000 to another lawyer. 14,000 later and my husband and I did not receive the adequate enough care when it came to our case. Like we wanted it to. We felt people need to know. The reality is. Just because you win a case. Doesn’t mean that it’s done. Your not done until the job is fully finished. That means communication needs to be a thing and when your client can’t get ahold of you for days/months. Then that’s a problem. Covered his number out of respect for his privacy.

Lauren Austin Unlike others, I believe this firm showed nothing but professionalism through an incredibly unfortunate situation. This is nothing other than a small business targeted through a fraudulent e-mail. The staff was incredibly kind in answering any questions I had, and I cannot imagine the stress they were put under. If the opportunity ever arose, I would certainly use James T. Shelton as my attorney.

Phyllis Strickland Agree with everyone else. If you compare the building in the website photos to Google earth, they are not even the same building a 222 South SUlly. Wonder how they got his name to come in legal directories?
