Welington Fernandes I only stayed on the call because my insurance covers it, but this was hands down the worst customer support experience I’ve ever had.
The wait time to speak with someone is incredibly long, and when you finally get through, youre met with a rude and unhelpful agent who clearly has no interest in actually assisting you. They talk over you, don’t listen, and make the entire process even more frustrating.
If youre thinking about calling them, prepare to be extremely patient, or better yet, avoid it if you can. Absolutely unacceptable service.
