Kalyani Swabhanam We ordered fresh flower garlands and hair accessories for my niece engangement party. Truly astonished with such a creative and detailed work by Deepa in selecting the vibrant colors and amazing art work. We bought the return gifts with blouse piece, haldi, kumkum and bangles all packed together. Looks simple and elegant. This store carries quality products and I highly recommend this place for Dance jewellery, fresh flower garlands, hair accessories with fresh flowers, return gifts for any wedding, engagement or Pooja events. Cant stop myself admiring Deepas creative work with fresh flower garlands. Amazing!!

MD TD (TDMD) The young woman who completed my transaction in the Stonebriar location in Frisco, Texas, failed to tell me on the day of purchase , 3/20/25, that all earrings were not returnable, although I asked what was the return policy prior to purchase. The manager (pictured pretending to be afraid) today, 3/26/25, refused to refund me for my entire purchase. This store does not have anything posted (pictured)within the store to tell you that earrings and hairpieces are not refundable. I told her to refund me the earrings since there is nothing posted and she refused. I informed her that this store does not have good ratings, I called them 4 times and no one answered and now this. She may want to consider posting the retune/exchange policy something and educate their sales staff. Then she started wrapping the other items that I wanted to refund and said that she was not going to refund me anything. So I told her that I would call the police. She said that she now feels threatened because I made it personal. I told her that this business. The officer arrived as I waited outside the store. He agreed to go in and speak to her. I said if she is willing to refund me everything that I would not post this. So when he came back out with my receipt I later saw that she not only didn’t refund my the full amount but she kept the earrings which is theft. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! So many more quality jewelers.

After hours of research online and calling jewelers (I didnt want the center stone to be a diamond, and apparently thats harder to cater to), I found Brett. Not only does he work in precious stones and metals, he also works very heavily with semiprecious stones. He called me when stones were in for me to look through and see what I liked. He was insanely customer-oriented despite the lower price tag of the purchase. I love the work he did and I absolutely ADORE my ring. We are having him do my wedding band to match, and we have trusted him (without fail) to fix heirloom jewelry. Thank you for taking the time to walk us through such an important and meaningful purchase. Thank you for making all of your customers feel welcomed regardless of what theyre buying. In this day and age, that kind of customer service is rare. I truly thank you for working with us and our budget! We will definitely keep coming back, and I highly recommend such a lovely small business.

A little leery, I did some research as to an unfamiliar term, GOLD FILLED. I came to understand that, although not 100% real gold, it’s the next best thing. It claims to be able to be worn like 100% gold, without losing its shine and able to last years without turning, for A FRACTION OF THE COST. So, I bought anklets knowing I would get the true test from them because I would leave them on and live normal.
