M C I chose Attorney Altoms services with the hope of a cost-effective solution aligned with my cause. However, my experience left much to be desired. Steph Jones She was definitely more on the DA side rather than the client, the only reason he got less time than he did is because he asked at his sentencing, she never once presented his plea deal to DA, stating I just don’t think she will budge, we wanted a bond reduction she never put in for it, stating DA will give him more time if he bonded out.

Liyah Wants me to pay $20000 for him to tell me to turn myself in. He literally said we can get the warrants lifted, but I would prefer you turn yourself in. Why would you prefer that. I started talking to him about having an arrest record and it potentially ruining my kids and career and he said "that doesnt sound like a legal issue" theres no way an attorney should not be talking to you and trying to do everything in his power to keep you out of jail especially if youre paying that much money.

Katie Vrana 1 star is too much for this firm. Wade Gent was assigned to be the receiver in a divorce case I am party to. He claims to know "everyone" in Kaufman County and can get things done. He does NOTHING he says he will do. We needed a notarized lien release for a client to pay our business. It has been months and still not done. One of our vehicles was stolen. A witness identified the person who did it and saw the vehicle at that persons house. It took Wade WEEKS to bring a sheriff to the location. Of course it was gone by then. Now when the business is ready to be sold and the divorce finalized, he is MIA again. Its been 3 weeks and we cant get a simple purchase agreement done. I went on RocketLawyer and did it myself and asked him to just take a minute to review it. Even that is too much for him to do. Worst experience with an attorney EVER. God help you if he is appointed a receiver for you.

Sarrah Miller Im not sure why someone gave mrs lingerfelt a low score. She is my court appointed attorney and i feel like i hit the lottery! She has been a rock star and been on top of everything. She responds when I message her through the portal, she has a great relationship with the courts. Lawywrs aren’t magicians, so they can only work with what youve given them. They always listened to what I had to say and answered all my questions whether on the phone or through text in a timely manner. Cowboy Love This attorney is a fraud he should loose his license. He does not follow the law and will rip you off. He is rude when you call and extremely impatient. He will charge you 1500 dollars more to prove a will than any other lawyer if you email him or call him.more than once. Yet he will refuse to answer your questions. He is dishonest. Dont hire him.

Donna Mitchell Jon is a down to earth attorney that is easy to work with. He worked to get our situation resolved in a very timely matter. First attorney we have worked with that would call us and kept us informed. If you are looking for an attorney that is honest and very helpful he is the attorney you need to contact.

Lisa Goolsby This attorney takes months to get back with someone who is paying him to get a job done. Now I am reaching out to see if he could get me off pretrial release early since I have completed everything on my end I am being told that I have to pay an extra $500.00 to get off two months early. This is not any way to treat someone who has already paid to retain him as a lawyer. I would not recommend him to anyone.

martianMan 1 My girlfriend hired him about 6 months ago. The divorce papers have been filed at the courthouse but he’s terrible about communicating updates to us. We called the court to get all the information we have. He is a nice guy but we would not hire him again based on his lack of communication.

Vimaris Aviles The judge, lawyer, amicus, police office, mediator, realtor all these were assigned and district attorney colluding in my family divorce case. They lost my emergency protective order and denied a protective order when I went to the Kaufman District Attorney office. A month later they gave custody and awarded house to the spouse. During the trial the prosecutor lied about the laws and I have it recorded. I wonder who else has been a victim of Kaufman County in texas corruption. Kaufman Texas is corrupted.

D R Kaufman county has the worst prosecutors. People need to look up the cases. Weak and dismisses cases. We need strong DA and prosecutors.

Costumer service at its finest. Justin (the attorney) was very attentive with our case, he heard us through and knew exactly what we wanted out of my fiances divorce case.
