Lauren Cheak Daniel Webb and his entire team are the absolute best you are going to find. When my daughter was taken out of state unlawfully by the other parent I called countless attorneys seeking help to enforce the custody order I had in place. I was told time and time again that what the other parent was doing was not ok but only received sympathy and was told I had already done everything possible. Mr. Webb reassured me that there was more that could be done and then he took action. I had been fighting 4 months and had 2 other attorneys (one in each state) prior to meeting Mr. Webb but he turned my whole case around in less than 2 months. He got my daughter back to Texas when no one else could or would and then made sure she would stay with me. I don’t fear a repeat of this incident because he drafted a much stronger order than my original, but if I ever need a family law attorney in the future his office will be the one I turn to.

Robert Sullivan I hired Daniel Webb for my son’s case. He did not show up. The Judge finally reached him after 4 hours of waiting. His receptionist quit and his paralegal was on vacation. He never apologized and could care less. He is smoother than a used car salesperson and talks a good game but zero integrity!

Robert Sullivan I contacted Mark about 2 issues and told him so at the beginning of the conversation. He addressed the first issue and quoted me a price. I was fine and was going to proceed with that offer. Then I started to tell him about the second issue and he cut me off and said you need to pay for a consultation. I am not even sure if he would be the right attorney for the second situation. I am looking for 1 attorney to do both. He arrogantly interrupted and said you need to pay me for a consultation. I am shocked he would not take the two minutes to hear the much bigger and also much better paying case. And no I was not asking for free advise. I just wanted to hear I can help you with that matter. I have dealt with many professionals and that is the rudest treatment I have ever had.

Dean Morgan I spoke to Mr. Ottaway last week while he was out of town, he said for me to call him back if I could not find an Attorney. I called him back the following Monday like he said, and before even knowing my situation or even asking my name he answered and I reminded him that he said for me to call back. His exact response was “I DON’T THINK SO, I DON’T THINK I CAN HELP YOU”! And straight up hung up on me. I find it so messed how good people especially good men who are Great Dads get drug through the mud while in need of help because of lies that are and can be 100% able to be proven to be lies calls for help from someone who is more than capable, but he rudely gets hung up on. I don’t know what is worse A Lawyer not even asking my name or anything about my situation who’s number I got from a Legal Aid list and treated like I did, or everything else that seems to be happening!
