Micheal Lord Bart Vana provided the most honest representation of defense against a wrongful charge that I have ever seen. I am not accustom to finding myself in trouble, yet one can find themselves in a bad spot. I was accused of assault, and bodily harm. The truth was my service dog was assaulted, and abused, and then the same bunch attacked me for having a service dog. To have read the deputies report one would have thought that I am a really bad person. Mr Vana not only defended me, but he also successfully defended my service dog, and all people’s civil rights for one flat fee. He represented me at all hearings. He explained to me all of the bad things that could happen if the jury failed to acquit me. I declined to plea bargain because I had done noting wrong. Mr Vana spent an entire full day selecting juniors, and then presented my defense in such a manner that after four hours of testimony from my accusers the jury returned a NOT GUILTY verdict after 15 minutes of deliberations. What’s more, Mr Vana never once ask for another dime. He said flat fee and he meant it. It was self evident through the trial that he is respected by the judges, prosecutors, and law enforcement. He is favored by jurors and all other people within the courts because he is a down to earth common sense type of attorney. I highly recommend this man to represent people in a manner that is fair and just.

Max Gibson Bart Vana was adamant about not fighting for me and got my family to pressure me to take a prison deal when I was 100% innocent instead of fighting for me in a jury trial or having the case removed from Burnet County. He knew it and knew what I had uncovered and just kept telling me that I pissed off some powerful people. I went to prison in retaliation for exposing the corruption in Burnet County courts and he helped them get it done. Get a lawyer who isnt local when dealing with burnet county courts. Look at cause 34767 then look at case 54616.

Diane Frisbie I am writing this to make sure others don’t end up in the same situation as my husband and I did. My husband was diagnosed as terminal, we wanted to make sure all our affairs were in order before his passing. When we walked into Natalie Wallace’s office, we made it very clear that we wanted all documentation that would avoid probate upon his death. He passed and I contacted Natalie, and she indicated we would have to do probate to the tune of $4000. I made it clear she didn’t do what was requested and she apologized and took absolutely no ownership for her error. In working with a much more skilled attorney, I found out that Natalie should have done a “transfer on death deed” for our home, known as a “ladybird deed” in Texas. She had not once brought this up during our visit. So here I am having to pay even more money because she failed to do her job after paying to do our documents for passing. In addition, she didn’t even include an alternate for POA hence I had to redo my documents and pay once again. She might be good with other types of law (not sure), but I would steer clear of her for any estate planning as she seems to be lacking on either listening to what her clients ask for, or skill in the area of estate planning. I don’t typically do negative reviews, but I didn’t want others to experience the same thing I had to. Go find someone else if you are doing estate planning.

Sean Wagner Run! Don’t walk! Run away! He currently owes me at least $1000 because I let him go due to not working for me. He actually looked at me and said I needed to lose… “Sometimes, you just gotta get @&@$ed so you don’t lose a relationship with your kids.” While I understand that sentiment, I hired you to fight for me, not tell me how to best lose. To date, has not produced any evidence of having worked for the $2500 I paid. Oh, and if Natalie Bennett is the opposing attorney - I’m pretty they share info about each others clients/the walls talk. Run!
