The best the other attorneys could do offer was 12 years prison. Steve Green was able to get my brother’s probation reinstated, providing a plan to the prosecutor that convinced them that reinstatement him on probation. Weeks of no response and it is obvious she does not read as she does not answer the questions that are asked. Correspondence has horrible grammar errors and it extremely difficult for an intelligent person to decipher what she is trying to convey.

Kandra Scott This morning I called the office and asked to speak with Brian Schmidt, Attorney at Law, and she asked if my case was criminal, I said no because I need to speak with Brian to get advice of matter so that I can handle the situation properly, but she insisted that I give her my situation and I shut down at that point, it is hard enough that I finally got the strength to face the situation and take the proper steps to the next step in the situation that needs to be addressed before the court, it’s already bad enough that I’m a victim here and all I wanted was to speak with legal counsel who I trust and know, I don’t want to discuss my situation with anyone. I don’t trust anyone and I’m looking out for my own wellbeing and my family as well, sometimes it’s best to take the clients phone number and let who they requested to speak with get back with them! I know Brian and he is an amazing lawyer and he has always been very helpful and very knowledgeable about advice he has given in the past ! I am very touchy about what has happened to me and all I wanted was to get advice in my situation from Brian Schmidt himself, just be a little mindful of where where the clients may be in their situation so that we don’t feel that we have to explain ourselves to the secretary or other people in the office before we are able to get the legal counsel advice to make sure that the clients have a confidential information to get the best possible answer for their situation in case of any other situation is to get leaked out or miscommunication with the client or lawyer ect. Always loved the office just sometimes it’s best to get our name and number and message to the correct lawyer requested and then if counsel needs more information then you can call on behalf of the attorney and then you can request the client can help you with a little more information to get the best of communication with them!! Shayvonne Roberts Jeff’s group does a great job! They previously handled my son’s vehicle accident and did a great job. I had a serious vehicle accident myself December 2024 with multiple injuries. I called Jeff as soon as I got out of the hospital and realized how extensive my injuries were. He has been great! The first thing he did was get a vehicle for my daughter to drive to work and doctors appointments. He made sure I got the right doctors and setup my physical therapy to help with recovery and learning to walk again. He calls me directly to discuss updates and see how treatment is going. Becky has been great with helping me with scheduling appointments and is always available for any questions or concerns. In the early months, I spoke to her weekly and sometimes more than once. I am still not able to drive myself now almost 8 month after the accident. Joe Gomez has been making trips to my house when forms need to be signed and that is greatly appreciated.
