1 /5 Joy B: I purchased clothing at this boutique. It was closing time Wednesday evening, and I asked since I had not had a chance to try it on if I was able to return the pieces if I did not like them or could I try them on then. The clerk told me that it was fine as long as I brought it back to the store the next day. I returned the pieces the very next day, but unfortunately, my card had been closed with my bank due to a security breach on Amazon. This establishment refused to refund me my money, in spite of the fact that it is within their return policy since the card I used to purchase the items was closed due to reasons outside of my control. Buyer beware, $470 Is more important to the boutique than their reputation or doing the right thing.

5 /5 Ann Nix: David, Emma, Ella and I browsed in Zertz, today. It is a nice store, with comfortable air conditioning and excellent customer service. I purchased a lovely bottle of perfume. Recommended!

1 /5 Kelli Crisp: Found an adorable pair of Sperrys on the sale rack and went to pay for them. The clerk told me they werent on sale, so I showed her another pair of the same shoes that was marked as being on sale which another lady was buying. The lady said they would honor hers being on sale but not mine. Even though they were the exact same shoe but a different size. She said Id have to pay full price. When I asked for the manager she said they didnt have a manager. What store doesnt have a manager?? Terrible customer service.

5 /5 L H: I love this store. The employees are always so welcoming when you walk in and they always have the cutest selections. Zertz is constantly updating their inventory so every time you go there is always something new. I was so impressed by how fast the shipping was when I ordered online. I can’t wait to revisit Zertz post quarantine. Keep doin’ what your doin’- don’t change a thing!
