2 /5 Micah Horner: Broken item bad service... I bought my daughter a toy from the front of the store while I was on a weekend getaway. Once home I gifted the ball to my daughter, and we found it the toy was defective. I called the store to ask for a return or a fix, their fix was to come back to the store to exchange. I live 4 hours away, so not doing that for a $12 toy. I called the main customer service and they had no fix either, stated they could not pull transaction and would I would need to return to store I made purchase from. I would have liked to either been able to return trashed item over the phone or had a store credit to use online. I feel like that would be the thing to do.
