I’m writing as a concerned member of the community regarding an incident that occurred at a Mardi Gras parade involving one of your employees.
Multiple witnesses have described verbal harassment directed at an elderly woman who was accompanied by her grandchildren and a couple. Included in this harassment was also the use of profanity and the throwing of beer. The incidents has understandably caused concern about how this behavior aligns with your company’s stated values.
I am not contacting you to harass or threaten your business. I am requesting to know whether this matter is being reviewed internally and whether appropriate action is being taken.
As consumers, we make decisions based on how companies respond to issues of respect, accountability, and community standards. Transparency and acknowledgment matter.
