5 /5 Alexis Austin: I sincerely appreciate the hard work of everyone at UPS and the genuine care the owner shows in ensuring our artwork is printed correctly. As a graphic design student, I truly value that effort. However, I’d like to respectfully suggest considering hiring someone with a background in graphic design or perhaps a design student from WTAMU or another school. I believe this could greatly benefit your business by providing expertise in identifying issues on both ends—whether its on the customer’s side or yours. Having someone on staff who understands the specifics of preparing and printing artwork, such as avoiding blurry or stretched images and navigating Adobe programs, could enhance the overall quality and customer experience. Please know that this is offered as a helpful suggestion, not a criticism. I appreciate everything you do, and I believe this could be a great opportunity for growth.

1 /5 Bradley Edmonds: I came to this UPS store in Canyon, Texas for help with a UPS package. I was told that there’s nothing they can do to Help me with my undelivered package because they aren’t UPS. I asked them why they have UPS written on their building and they said they are UPS but they are different UPS meaning they don’t deal with UPS problems I suppose anyway if you want help finding your package, I wouldn’t suggest asking this store for help

5 /5 Jay: This UPS location had a recent change in ownership and none of these bad reviews apply anymore. I have experienced consistent friendly and professional customer service from every employee here. Its run by a family now and they couldnt be kinder people. Highly recommend for any shipping or printing. They deserve a 5 star review average.

5 /5 Karli Chandler: The Canyon UPS store is great! The staff is friendly and always helpful. I do know there are frustrating situations at times but that’s not always the local owners fault. Lots of decisions are made at the corporate level (as in most big companies) and it leaves the owners’ hands tied. I’ve seen some pretty negative comments; let’s give a little grace to our fellow humans - we all need it…DAILY!
