2 /5 Tracy Goins: I was disappointed with Stella Dallas’s return policy. They only allow returns within 10 days, which is quite a short window. While I understand their policy offers store credit instead of a refund, the biggest issue for me was the limited time frame. I live out of town and wasn’t able to get back to the store within 10 days. I made the trip back to the city specifically for a doctor’s appointment 20 days after my purchase, hoping to return the item, but was told it was too late to return—even for store credit. It felt unfair given my circumstances, especially since the policy doesn’t accommodate customers who live farther away. I love supporting local businesses, but I think Stella Dallas could be more flexible with their return window.
