1 /5 Lauren Lowery: I travel for work. Generally I like to find the locally owned boutiques to shop for gifts. Today, I visited this store, found it on the web, really excited about it. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience. I walked in and wasn’t greeted whatsoever. I browsed around the store, twice, took at least 15 minutes. While I was browsing and waiting to see if I would be acknowledged, I got to hear all about the gender reveal party that the check out girl’s sister was having that the check out girl was mad about because she wasn’t in control of it. I’m telling you this because this is what I got to hear about while browsing your store. Now, keep in mind, the employee behind the counter still has not even acknowledged the fact there’s a customer browsing the store. I finally was greeted with “let me know if you need help finding something” as I was scanning over the jewelry on my way out. I went to the end of the shopping center to another boutique and spent almost $400 in there. Moral of the story, that could have been your $400 had I been given a better shopping experience.
