5 /5 Alyssa Quintanilla: I want to give a big shoutout to Joanne and the entire team at this Ross. Every time I visit, Joanne is so welcoming, professional, and clearly takes pride in the store. She sets such a positive tone, and it really shows in how smooth and friendly everything feels. The staff is always kind and ready to help, and I love that I’m greeted as soon as I walk in — it makes the experience feel personal. The store is consistently clean, organized, and easy to shop. The signs are clear, the aisles are neat, and everything feels well taken care of. Thank you, Joanne, and the whole team for always creating such a great shopping experience. This is honestly one of my favorite Ross locations because of you all!

1 /5 emily santiago: I visited the store today and was treated like a thief who was going to steal some watches by the person working in the jewelry section (not by the person who helped me choose them; she was very kind). Even after I had waited in line to pay, she wanted me to get back in line again. I know its the holiday season, but not all customers who go to the store are thieves.

1 /5 Abiny Aviles: No good clothes. Long lines with only 1 worker on cash register, everything is disorganized in womans clothing. It looks like a goodwill. Its always messy and clothes are always on the ground. Some items dont have price tag and the little boys section their are never any shirts and shirts for boys size 7 , 8s & 10 .
