1 /5 Ravi Teja Thota: Went for shopping to buy a shirt and as a customer I was disappointed with the men’s restroom with no toilet seat . Had to squat . Hope it will be taken care soon from the management. Becoz hundreds of floating customers will be coming to store everyday .

1 /5 C M: I used to visit the ross quite a bit, but no more after the complete embarrassment I endured during my last visit. The complete lack of customer service is appaling, especially when going to the fitting rooms. When walking up to the fitting room entrance to try on a bra, I was shouted at by the fitting room associate, her saying "no! No! No! No bras in the fitting room!" and waving me away. I couldnt get an answer from store management to inquire about this odd new "policy", so I emailed Ross Corporate office, and they told me that no such restrictions on fitting room items exists. If you want to shop at a store that makes up its own rules and treats you like you are an annoyance rather than a customer, then shop at this Ross. Otherwise, shop elsewhere.

1 /5 Apostle Loretta Williams: I went today on a Saturday afternoon, there was not enough cashiers and a line wrapped from the front to the back door. These stores know people are shopping. I am Senior Citizen its a shame I had to wait over 3o minutes in a long line. Great values, poor management!

1 /5 Duanchelle Lewis: Line extending and only one cashier. Now she wants me to take my hangers off. Po’ting! Where was the request for additional support. People putting stuff back and leaving. Get this lady some help instead of stocking the shelves and ignoring us!!!!
