1 /5 C99: Terrible customer service. I bought a cute pair of shorts yesterday. The minute I got home I tried on the shorts again and put a small belt on, and one of the belt loops snapped immediately. The thread was definitely very loose. I put it back in the bag and today I tried to take it back. Whoever was working said "we cant take back damaged goods" and asked if my belt was too big for the loop! It was literally half the size. She texted her boss and her boss said they cant take it back because they cant resell it.
How is that my fault?! I literally bought some shorts from them the day before and THEIR belt loop snapped! Its not like I ripped it off or I was out all night partying and it came undone. A belt loop on pair of shorts should be able to withstand the pressure of a small belt in my humble opinion. I understand return policies but they could have been nicer about the situation or more accommodating in general instead of being demeaning and asking if "the belt was too big". What kind of question is that?? Im not an idiot.
They need better customer service and in MY opinion, they shouldve taken the shorts back or at least given me a partial refund. Im SURE they couldnt care less, but Im never going back there again because of how rude they were.
