1 /5 Dadreon Rhine: I just moved here from the Dallas area and went in to find an outfit for a concert. When I walked in, there were three ladies sitting on the couch talking and told me if I needed any help to let me know. Out of all of the old lady clothing I found one cute romper and asked how it was supposed to be worn and the lady replied that she had no idea and told me to try it on. When I came out of the dressing room to have someone help me zip it, one of the ladies on the couch laughed at me and the other one proceeded to tell me she wouldn’t be able to zip the dress without breaking the zipper. I completely understood it was too small but she could’ve said it in a much nicer way. Another lady said there was another dress I could look at but it was “going to be pretty pricey” as if she didn’t think I could afford it. I’ve never been treated as rude as I was at this store. Do not recommend. I now understand why the store is never busy. Don’t waste your time unless you’re an old lady with lots of money.

5 /5 Liz Hart: I wanted to see where the gorgeous boots I purchased online were from. I looked for a very long time every day for a bright hot pink Betsy Johnson pair of combat boots. It seemed too good to be true but it was true! Everyone was super helpful and my dream boots arrived shortly after ordering. Thanks to all the great staff who helped me!

5 /5 Cheryl Botkin: Love love this store. It’s seldom that I can walk into a store a purchase an entire outfit, but that has now changed due to Regeneration. This store has everything you are looking for and more. Such a huge find for Wichita Falls. Keep up the Facebook shows, there is nothing like having a personal shopper. Love it!
