5 /5 Nicole Caldwell: I came here looking for clothes, especially T-shirts for my toddler in 18-24 month size because I realized recently that my stash of clothes for him in that size is almost all onesies and I find those so difficult for an active toddler!! I bought pretty much every t-shirt I liked in this next size at this store, and a couple of pants since its at the end of summer.
I also didnt pay that price on the tag for the swim shirt and swim shorts! To my surprise when I got home, I saw on the receipt they were both on a swimwear discount of only ~$1 each! Woohoo! Im so glad because Im not 100% sure at this point in summer that we will go swimming at least one more time, but I didnt want to decline out of not having swimwear that fits him.
My mom friend recommended Once Upon a Child a long time ago and I didnt like the Round Rock one because I found it had an off smell. This one in Georgetown doesnt smell and actually opened at their advertised hours! The round rock one wasnt open Sundays and I requested an edit to Google Maps to reflect that.
Overall, I loved shopping here with my little one!! My toddler just started toddling, so Im new to that experience of having him able to walk around a store, and he had a great time picking out toys he liked!! Its so much more fun than a toy section of a big box store because in the typical toy section, toys are in their boxes and my kiddo cant really tell if he likes it or not. He loved a doll house and a hot wheels track that I have to wait on until hes older. I bought him a Fisher price boom box toy that I personally thought was so cool for only $7. I also bought him this foam puzzle for $3 because he likes pulling up our foam floor pieces at home, and I was right - he loves this!!
