Old Navy - Amarillo (TX)

1 /5 Bree Ralph: We always love Old Navy, we choose Amarillo instead of Lubbock this time. Never again.. The staff was no help, the bathrooms were in the fitting room hall and made the fitting rooms smeel terrible, dressing rooms were a mess on their own. The restrooms were disgusting with moldy calcium buildup around the faucets. Store was misplaced everywhere for clothing. Terrible terrible experience..

2 /5 Kelsey McBride: I have to say, I LOVE Old Navy and have shopped at countless stores for year and years, decades even. But this store was SO DIRTY. Particularly the fitting rooms. There was gum stuck to the wall or clothing hangers in several of the changing "rooms" and pretty much every single clothing hanger (which are terribly designed btw, but thats on corporate) in 3 different rooms were all FILTHY. I felt dirty after trying on clothes and the legs of everything that touched the floor were dirty and gross. Thankfully I had socks on or my bare feet would have had to touch the floor.

2 /5 Tammy McLain: They had some really cute clothes decently priced. However, not one sales associate ever asked to help me in the 20 minutes I was in the store, and I was wandering around trying to find a shirt to match some pants. I even walked between 2 managers. The only pleasant person was the lady who checked me out. I havent been to Old Navy in a long time and wont go back for a long time.

1 /5 Charles Winstead: This place is a disaster. And there is not enough room to shop comfortably. The employees are everywhere mostly in the way. Yet nothing appears to be in order. Its as if we the customers are in their way of doing something besides cleaning. A slightly overpriced garage sale.

1 /5 Maureen McKinnon: Saw on Amarillo Old Navy website cargo shorts for men for $19.49. Went to the store and of course they did not scan at that price. They told me I had to put them in my cart online to see if they were available for pick up in the Amarillo store. I showed them it was on the Amarillo website for in store purchase and they had them in stock. They refused to adjust price to their own website. This store continues to to not honor their advertising. Done.
