Old Navy - Waco (TX)

1 /5 Lindsay Edgeman: I never really do reviews or anything but I haven’t been to an old navy in a long time. This experience reminds me why. I am pretty nice and chill and usually don’t really talk when I’m at a check out but a problem came up with the payment. I was using cash and she didn’t have a drawer. I was chill about it and we just moved to a different register. no problem! But the girl I had before had such a weird attitude at me for no reason? I just asked a question. It made me kinda upset idk why.

1 /5 Its Blu: Amissa (Uh-miss-uh) and im sure I spelled her name wrong, is the rudest employee i have ever encountered at Old Navy, (4:00pm Feb 3rd 2026) her attitude literally let us know that she hates her job.

3 /5 Imelda LovesGod: The sales are awesome except when they run out. I like the selection of dresses they currently have & they are at prices that are affordable.

3 /5 Sergeant Rios: One person working could not help me find school clothes. Then price dont match whats on table at register.

1 /5 Phillip J: Return policy is garbage. Item was few days past 30 days so I asked if I can do store credit. Was told no because I HAD a receipt. Even though the person Infront of me was able to do store credit with ID & no receipt.
