1 /5 Tas: I will no longer be shopping here. The associates followed me around the entire time I was in the store shopping even up until the cashier rang me up. I don’t know what kind of training they get, but they need to do better. I have absolutely no reason to steal anything from any store. They were very obvious about following me around, even while I was in line and an associate was acting like she was working right by me, but the moment the cashier called me to the register the associate who was just by me, instantly walked away because she no longer needed to watch me. It was extremely uncomfortable and insulting because of the overall experience. And to add insult to injury with all the associates who follow me around, not one associate, asked me if I needed assistance or even greeted me. Thankfully, the cashier was amazing, but Marshalls please do better. It’s clear that the store needs training on how to interact and provide customer service. Maybe if they spent more time actually working and straightening up the store and organizing the store it would be easier to shop. I will never return. Good job ladies!
