1 /5 Lauren Ayala: I came in to exchange some items and shop their new spring/summer collection. My mom purchased a couple of leggings for me the night prior but they were one size to small. I came in the very next morning to get the next size up and also grabbed three full priced items I had previously seen online. They didn’t have one of the items in store, so I planned on ordering it online through them. Unfortunately, because the leggings my mom purchased for me (last night) were final sale, the sale attendant wouldn’t let me exchange them. I was attempting to exchange them for the exact same item, just the next size up, but even then she wasn’t willing to help me. They lost out on a customer who would’ve purchased full price merchandise. Their loss. I have 15+ years working as a store manager in the retail industry and have honestly never seen such poor customer service at check out. Really sad, because up until that point, everyone in the store was super nice and accommodating. But, unfortunately, I won’t be back. Guess I’ll stick to ordering online.
Update: decided to give this location another try and was disappointed once again. I purchased some items online for my mom for Christmas and came in to do an exchange for a smaller size. They wouldn’t let me exchange the items because the rest of my order hadn’t arrived - makes absolutely no sense (items were full price btw). Distribution center already finalized my payment and shipped everything out. Terrible customer service. I don’t know how anyone shops at this location.
