Lane Bryant - Corpus Christi (TX)

1 /5 Mary Perdue: I wondered around the store for about 15 minutes, not knowing where I could find the certain style bra that I was looking for. While i was there a worker was asked to assist a customer in the dressing room. The worker let out a loud, (not so subtle) SIGH, and said, "I guess." I could hear a little of their conversation when she was in the dressing room, and I have to say that her tone of voice and attitude was unacceptable. I have worked in the hospitality industry and I even if I was having a bad day, I never let the customer see it. Remember, "Treat others as you would want to be treated." The store was not busy either. There were literally 3 woman in there. Myself, the lady in the dressing and 1 other. Besides, that I was never greeted or addressed by anyone & I never found what I was looking for. As one of the other reviewers stated previously, "I will just shop online."

5 /5 Tphone Samsung: OMG......I finally found the NEW LOCATION for Lane Bryant. This store was located in the mall across the street. They relocated to the new location this past March 2023. LB is located between H.E.B & Target. Fun staff & fun new clothes are a MUST SEE!!

2 /5 Olivia Garcia: Not sure why my original comment was deleted so ill post it again and Ill keep posting it till It’s no longer deleted. The customer service was stale , the manager looked/ sounded like she didn’t even want to help . When I finally made it to the dressing room after having to ask for help I heard the two workers speaking about me . I ended up looking up a bra online to see if they had my size and discovered they had an online sale were all the bras were 50% off so when I told her I would just order online she got even more annoyed and said “I guess ill honor the sale for you “ Im glad I went in store to find my size so I never have to shop in store again . This store is supposed to make you feel welcomed but I definitely felt like a bother.

5 /5 Lady T.: The new location is smaller. Still great customer service, and I love the clothes. They are a little pricy, but they do have deals at times, and thats when to shop. Very clean and dressing rooms are roomy and clean, too. Parking can be a little pain, but I still found a good spot.
