4 /5 Rajshree: A very good place overall. Good customer service at the checkout. Good jewelry collection and nice jeans collection for men. Good shoes. I personally did not find good female jeans. I bought two sets of beautiful bracelets and a necklace. Also bought two straight jeans for myself. Also a jewelry box. All are very good. A good place to spend time shopping and looking up for things that u might like.

2 /5 Nicole Parker: I came here to drop off an Amazon package the other day and decided to use my coupon in the store. I got here before 10am on Saturday. What. A. Mess!! I really could not believe the state of the womens area. It was horrible. I might be able to understand if it looked like this at the end of a busy weekend. NOT on a Saturday morning. I didnt want to try anything on for fear of what the dressing rooms would look like. Shame on the managers. Shame on the employees. And Shame on the customers who treat this store worse than their own homes.

5 /5 Bryce Glaser: Today we had an amazing experience at this Kohls. We were searching for the very hungry caterpillar plushie and we searched and searched but we couldnt find it. We were about to give up when we asked Norma an associate in the make up section about it. She located the manager Matt and they found one in the back room. It is so very rare to find such extraordinary people especially around Christmas. Thank you Norma And Matt for making a little boys Christmas

1 /5 Ashley L: “Kohl’s at 9:30 AM — Looks Like a Clearance Bin Exploded” It’s unacceptable for a store to look like this first thing in the morning. Management should be embarrassed. It reflects poorly on both leadership and staff pride in their workplace. At 9:30 AM, every single section was a complete mess. Clothes were thrown everywhere, and the Sephora area was just as bad — bottles of makeup left open, dirty product smeared across counters, and displays in disarray. Truly mind-blowing that this is the condition of a retail store.

1 /5 Alison Adams: I came in to the store to use Kohls cash I had earned from Christmas purchases. I came in 1 day after the grace period of the cash expiring, so before I did any shopping I went and asked if I could still use it. The associate confirmed with her manager that they would honor the entire amount of the cash. I proceeded to get a pair of nike shoes that my daughter needed for her sports meet and went to check out. The system would not take the cash and the manager was having trouble making it work. Their registers had been down for a few hours that morning so they attributed the problems to that, and asked me to return the next day to try again when another store manager was there to help. I live out of town, so I returned in the late afternoon the following day and the associate informed me that the manager had just left, but he could help me. Upon reading the note left the night before, he disagreed with what I was told and said he couldnt honor it, and even suggested that I was lying to him about what I was told the previous day. After, he went away for several minutes and called someone. He then returned to inform me that it was completely the stores fault for the misinformation that I received and I had been told something that was not accurate. His "solution to make it up to me" was to honor $10 and give me 30% off on the purchase, but it would not count on the Nike shoes because that is not an included brand even though it would have qualified for Kohls cash. I did not accept it and left without the purchase and a complete waste of all the time spent at the store. I am completely dissatisfied with the service I have received from this store. If it was the stores fault for giving wrong information they should be honoring what they told me, not giving me a "solution" that doesnt even work on my purchase. I will never return to this store ever again. So disappointing as I have been a Kohls shopper since I was a little child when Kohls didnt even exist in Texas yet. We would always go to the store in Wisconsin when visiting family up there because they didnt have stores down here yet. Come on Kohls do better.
