Kohls - Wichita Falls (TX)

5 /5 Jennifer Auth: The Kohl’s of Wichita Falls has a great selection of bedding in a beautiful & clean store. After shopping all day, Kohl’s was our last try. My husband & I were pleased to find a beautiful comforter set that is super comfortable. Next time, Kohl’s will be our FIRST stop!

3 /5 Jeremy Jowers: The store had some great deals and I got a lot of stuff for a decent price. However, when checking out I was asked if I wanted to apply for a Kohls card. I refused. I was asked yet again. I refused again. I was asked yet again. I finally had to calmly but forcibly inform the clerk I didnt appreciate being pushed into something and to please not ask me again. I dont know how important, Kohls makes this, but its to a point that its most irritating. No means no.

5 /5 Cam Branham: Ive always had a great experience at this location! Everyone is so nice and friendly. I am immediately greeted with smiles and a warm welcome at every visit. Great location! Great variety of everything, amazing sales, and quality merchandise!

5 /5 Krissie Maston: I had to do an Amazon return today and while standing in line my eyes of course roamed those little aisles and found some dog toys. I was so happy when the customer service lady, Bethany, told me not only could she do my return but I wouldn’t have to go stand in another aisle to checkout my dog toys. To top it off she even had a coupon! Even without it, her good mood personality had me smiling. It today’s world that is very much appreciated!
