1 /5 Malia Smith: Why yall would EVER allow a male manager into the women’s changing room is beyond me. He didn’t knock, he just unlocked and opened the door on my 9 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER! Made it seem like it was no big deal to my husband. It is a big deal. I don’t care if it was an accident or not. NO MAN SHOULD BE ALLOWED IN A WOMANS CHANGING ROOM!!! Period. He told my husband he didn’t hear her say anything- she had no time to even respond, it happened that fast. My husband was sitting waiting so he is aware of how quickly it happened. Someone left something in that changing stall, told the manager the door was locked, and he came in and just unlocked it! It is absolutely unacceptable. If it’s locked someone’s probably in there! And you should ALWAYS KNOCK! And wait for an answer!

1 /5 chris maddox: I wont shop here anymore because they steal from customers . I paid for a Christmas gift for my mother. It didnt fit so she swapped it out. They gave her store credit for less than I paid and then charged full price for new jeans. She had to pay out of her pocket for a pair of jeans that was cheaper. When i purchased the jeans cashier told me that they would honor sale price on jeans if we needed to exchange them. That was a lie. I gave my mother the gift receipt not knowing they would give her less than i paid.This is criminal to do to an elderly veteran and then charge extra for a present that was paid at a higher price by me. I dont know how you people sleep at night. I reached out to manager at this store and he inferred i was a liar. He stated their system doesnt work that way then accused me of screaming at him. Im a disabled veteran with hearing loss. He said that a gift receipt without fail gives you back what the original price paid. You can see from my photos that is a lie. I tried calling corporate but they use indian call centers and flat out told me only store manager could help me. Im reporting them to attorney general of texas for deceptive business practices. There is a law against this kind of business practices in our state. A few dollars may not be a lot to many but its money out of my va disability so it hurts when people rip me off and i cant work to make more money. But it can add up dramatically if they are doing this to a lot of people. Especially when they mark clothes up the day after Christmas to make more money by doing this to people. I wonder how many thousands or millions they have ripped of their loyal customers. We wont be back. You can cancel my Kohls card. I wont spend another dime here ever again.

3 /5 Johnny Dollar: Gave Kohl’s another chance. But it is difficult to say good job. I have a customer service question but would have to wait more than 30 folks in checkout to get there. What ever Einstein manager thought a single cattle line was a good idea needs to retake their customers service class.

5 /5 James Nesbitt: Its been a long time since I had assistance with buying shoes, but I wouldnt have these Nikes if the sweet lady working that day hadnt shown me the correct size and width! Youd think Id be able to do that myself by now, but, what can I say!? Thanks!
