1 /5 Dave D: This mall is absolutely dying and it is a complete disaster. No maintenance is being done, 3" of dust ontop of the signs and light fixtures, 50% of light fixtures burnt out, the escalators in the mall, and even in the department stores are not functioning, quite a few empty stores and theres a lot of junk stores moving in. Even the table carts in the middle of the mall are abandoned. The bathrooms are filthy and disgusting and the sinks in the bathrooms have not worked in a while. So you cant even wash your hands in the bathroom. They just have an out of order sign on the sink. I give it another few years and this place will be closed up. Its so bad that even the police substation storefront has been abandoned with a sign that says "sorry closed" its been abandoned so long there is dust caked on top of the desks. When even the police department substation is closed and abandoned you know its game over. They dont even have the interior lights on in several sections and its very dark and gloomy inside.

5 /5 Kima: Irving Mall is a convenient and spacious shopping destination offering a wide variety of stores, dining options, and services. The mall is clean, well maintained, and easy to navigate. Staff across stores are helpful and friendly, creating a pleasant shopping experience. With ample parking, family-friendly amenities, and diverse retail choices, it’s a reliable spot for shopping, entertainment, and casual outings.

1 /5 Honey: Unfortunately, this is a dying mall. Its not the open shops fault for that, though. Low rating because of the people at this mall, customers specifically. I was followed multiple times by men, catcalled, and them looking like I was a steak and they havent eaten in weeks. It wasnt a safe atmosphere, especially if youre a female. That was my first and last time coming to this mall.
